Non Material Amendment of DC/19/3749/VOC - Demolitions of existing workshop and shop and construction of 4 new dwellings and associated access parking and landscaping - 1. Installation of pv (solar) panels to the West (Rear) elevations of the 3 nr terraced houses and 1 nr bungalow. 2. Alteration of window construction to the 3 nr terraced houses from timber to uPVC (this was changed on the bungalow with NMA ref DC/20/3683/AME dated 18.09.2020) subject to the approval of the conservation officer. 3.
