Amendments to planning permission dated 11 March 2020 (RN: 19/03757/FULL) for the: Demolition and redevelopment of existing building to provide a nine storey building (Basement, Lower Ground, Ground + 6 upper floors) and roof level plant, providing flexible commercial units at ground floor (Classes A1/A2/A3/D2) and lower ground floor (Class D2 gym), office accommodation (Class B1a) on upper levels, with cycle parking, changing facilities, waste storage and plant at basement level. NAMELY, to allow amendments to condition 4 to introduce a revised staging of the development to enable a further partial discharge of the condition.

Non-material amendment to vary the wording of conditions 18, 34, 36, 40 and 54 of approved planning application reference 16/01544/FUL [dated 8 December 2016 and which varied retail conditions imposed upon the original outline consent for a mixed use development comprising retail accommodation, sports stadium, country park and associated works] to permit a phased discharge of the conditions and thereby allow development to commence prior to the full discharge of these conditions.
