The front boundary comprises a hedge which is overgrown and this will be replaced by a 1.5m high hedge of "Red Robin" Photinia planted at 500mm staggered centres across the front boundary. The side boundaries are delineated by an existing 1.8m high close board fence and these will be retained. Condition no.6 - Slab levels These are - ground level 100.00 finished floor level 100.225.
