Addendum to discharge of condition reference 20/56410/EWRDIS relating specifically to the submission of details pursuant to condition 15 A Construction Traffic Management Plan (CTMP) for Highways Development Stages at B2-J-2 (Steeple Claydon) and B2-P-12 (Verney Junction) relating to the planning direction received from the Department for transport referenced TWA/18/APP/04 for East West Rail Phase 2

Submission of detail pursuant to Conditions : 5 - Phasing discharge; 7 - Samples of the materials proposed to be used on the external surfaces; 8 - Details of both hard and soft landscape works; 10 - Tree Protection Plan (TPP) and Arboricultural Method Statement (AMS) in accordance with BS5837 detailing how trees and hedgerow fronting Thame Road to be retained are to be protected; 11- Slab levels; 12 - Details of the facilities to be provided for the storage and collection of refuse; 16- Scheme for parking, garaging and manoeuvring; 17 - Accommodate all site operatives', visitors' and construction vehicles loading, off-loading, parking and turning within the site during the construction period; 18 - Adequate precautions taken during the construction period to prevent the deposit of mud and similar debris on the adjacent public highways; 19 - Detailed surface water drainage scheme and an assessment of the hydrological and hydrogeological context of the development in any phase; 20 - Scheme to deal with the risks associated with contamination of the site and 21 - Verification report demonstrating completion of the works set out in the approved remediation strategy and the effectiveness of the remediation on outline permission 10/00009/AOP
