Application for approval of details required under Conditions 14 (Phase II Intrusive Site Investigation Report) and 15 (Land Contamination Remediation Strategy) of planning permission 21/02251/FULMAJ (Development of Retirement Apartments with care (Use Class C2) including the demolition of existing buildings, formation of new vehicular access, parking, retaining structures, hardstanding, sewer diversion, erection of substation, refuse and maintenance stores, with associated works to trees, landscaping, formation of communal facilities and amenity space).

Approval of details required under condition 3 (drainage) of planning application 22/02690/FUL: Construction of a building for storage of agricultural and tree nursery produce, materials, machinery and equipment associated with the growing of agricultural and nursery crops on the holding; together with a black plastic 30,000 litre rainwater collection tank.

Discharge of details under condition 3 (materials) of planning permission 21/02571/FUL - Erection of replacement dwelling with associated tree works and landscaping and demolition of existing dwelling and garage.

Approval of details required under condition 8 (Submission of surface water drainage information) and 10 (Root Protection Area details) under planning consent 19/03086/FUL - Conversion / Extension of existing outbuilding to create single dwelling, partial demolition of ancillary outbuilding and formation of new vehicle access. Condition 10:- The only tree affected was the Cherry to the east of the proposed development - see drawing 18/03/1734 01 Rev A. This was subsequently found to be diseased and in a dangerous condition and was removed with HBC's approval.

Approval of details under condition 3 (materials), condition 5 (highways), conditions 6 and 7 (land contamination), conditions 10, 11, 12 and 13 (Tree protection), conditions 14 and 16 (surface water drainage) and condition 15 (EV charging) of planning permission 20/00150/RG3- Erection of 5 dwellings with parking and landscaping.

Approval of details under condition 2 (materials- 20/00323/REMMAJ approved under APP/E2734/W/21/3274106 ), condition 7 (root protection and tree planting) and condition 14 (highways) of planning permission 17/04102/OUTMAJ- Outline planning application of 72 dwellings with access to the site only considered.

Approval of details under condition 6 (tree protection areas and landscaping), 11 parts A and B (land contamination), 14 (Construction Method Statement), 16 (drainage) of Planning Permission 19/02526/FULMAJ - Conversion of existing building to form 8 No. dwellings and erection of 5 No. dwellings.
