Approval of details under condition 9 (stonework) of Planning Permission 22/00134/DVCON- Variation of condition no.2 of planning permission 19/01991/FUL to allow for repositioning, fenestration changes and provision of external chimney stack to the permitted replacement dwelling and provision of wall on realigned boundary in lieu of fence and hedgerow. For information planning permission 19/01991/FUL permitted the demolition of existing outbuildings and modern farm building, the erection of a single storey extension to the farmhouse, the conversion of a barn to one dwelling including partial demolition and erection of replacement ground floor extension, the erection of one replacement dwelling, and alterations to the access.
