Demolition of the existing modern annexe to Colworth House, detached restaurant and outbuilding, followed by the alteration and extension of the former Operations Building and associated works

Construction of new office building (Use Class E(g)(i)) and other associated works including the demolition of existing buildings, creation of car, cycle and motorcycle parking, erection of a bin store, installation of air source heat pumps and solar panels to roof, vehicular access alterations, together with the creation of hard and soft landscaping.
