RETROSPECTIVE: Change of use (no operational development) of existing annex to mixed use residential annex and holiday let (Holiday Accommodation)

Proposed change of use from dwelling (Class C3) to children's residential home and leaving care accommodation (Class C2).

Change of use and conversion of two-storey joinery workshop to residential accommodation. Single storey rear extension, new timber sash windows and doors with materials to match existing and replacement of the existing PVC windows.

Change of use of dwelling (C3) to mixed use residential dwelling and short term holiday let accommodation (Use Class C3) (Retrospective).

Change of use of the ground floor to a dental practice (Use Class E(e)) and alteration of upper floor layout to a self-contained two bedroom flat (Use Class C3) together with demolition of an existing 2 storey side/rear extension and outbuildings and the construction of a new 2 storey side rear extension, to form a new entrance to the residential accommodation on the upper floors. Erection of single storey storage building to the rear for refuse, plant equipment and cycles. Alterations to front garden in order to provide a new parking space for patients with new vehicular crossover. Boundary alterations, including new gates for vehicular and pedestrian access.
