Construction of new office building (Use Class E(g)(i)) and other associated works including the demolition of existing buildings, creation of car, cycle and motorcycle parking, erection of a bin store, installation of air source heat pumps and solar panels to roof, vehicular access alterations, together with the creation of hard and soft landscaping.

Retention and completion of re-constructed gable end (following the now completed partial demolition), the installation of pitched roof over a flat roofed part of the building, formation of car park and subsequent change of use to Class B1 use (Light Industrial/Offices).
