Pursuant to the approval of planning application DC/22/67746 (first floor side extension and loft conversion with rear dormer window), proposed change of use from dwelling to residential home for up to 3 No. young people aged between 8 and 18 years old.

Change of use of existing public house to 1no dwelling house to include external alterations to existing windows and doors to include installation of windows and balcony at first floor. Erection of detached garage to rear and demolition of existing outbuildings and associated external alterations.

Change of use from dwellinghouse (Use Class C3) to Children's Home for up to four children in care (Use Class C2), with new link structure to the conservatory and the addition of two new windows (parking layout received 13.05.2022).

Change of use of 17 and first and second floors of No.15 to a single dwelling house, Internal and external alterations including repairs/reinstatement of front boundary railings; Erection of first floor extension to rear; Erection of dormer to rear; Restoration of existing dormer windows; Upgrading existing walls (proposed party walls) for fire and acoustic protection.

Proposed change of use from dwelling to 7 No. bedroom HMO (House in multiple occupation) with single storey side/ rear extension and rear dormer window.

Change of use from C3 dwelling House to C2 Residential institution. Garage conversion, side extension, front porch and bay window, new fence and raised garden

Change of use from single dwelling (C3) to boarding house (C2) to serve Burgess Hill School for Girls. Demolition of existing shed with single storey extensions to both sides of the property and decking area to rear. Conversion of loft to create second floor within roof space with new roof lights. Amended plans received 10.02.2021 showing changes to fenestration, roof lights and roof form of single storey extensions.
