Change of use from dwellinghouse to a residential care home to include first floor rear extension and single storey side extension.

Demolition of the existing rear ground floor extensions; replacement full width single storey extension to rear; additional windows to rear elevation at first floor; two additional obscured windows to the side elevation at ground floor; together with conversion from multiple residential unit occupation to one dwelling (Use Class C3(a)); and alterations to the roof through a second floor extension incorporating rear window and rooflight to allow new staircase to second floor.

Pursuant to the approval of planning application DC/22/67746 (first floor side extension and loft conversion with rear dormer window), proposed change of use from dwelling to residential home for up to 3 No. young people aged between 8 and 18 years old.

To convert acquired open Raven Housing Trust land to private residential land, to extend rear garden and construct a 1.95 metre wooden panel fence with timber posts along border of the rear garden, dropping to 0.6 metres for the front garden and installation of crossover and hardstanding for parking two vehicles.
