T1. Sycamore. Crown thin by removing growth from the interior of the crown and out to the periphery of the crown in order to lessen the foliage density by 15%. This is being completed as part of routine maintenance and to mitigate the risk of failing dead branches. T3 - 1 x Large Mature Ash - This is to undergo a target crown reduction (4m) to reduce the load on the heaviest limbs to reduce the risk of failure and remove significant deadwood. This is over mature, Inonotus hispidus is present, the large heavy limbs are in striking distance of the 3rd party property should they fail.
