Prune low branch over hanging the neighbouring property from a large mature sycamore on the boundary with Spa Lane in the corner behind T7 & T8 (see photo)

T4 - Remove all deadwood. Remove one live branch which is dying off and overhanging the garden. T13 - Remove the smaller branch which comes off the lateral limb on the northern side. Reduce the remaining limb on the northern side back to the first appropriate growing points. G1 Elder, Holly, Beech - Fell G1 Shrubbery mix beneath and up into the Cedar canopy - Remove Atlantic cedar part of G1 in the application - Crown thin by 15% max by removal of secondary and tertiary growth under 40mm diameter only at the outer 3m of the radial crown spread (crown thinning the "inner crown" is not approved as this will likely increase the risk of branch snappage. G2 Section - Remove between the 2x golden Leylandii on the SE boundary T1 Golden Conifer - Crown lift to 4m to clear house G3 Section - Remove low level mixed in the SE corner by the gate comprising of Xmas spruce and shrubbery T2 Conifer - Fell G4 3x Conifer - Fell T3 Golden Leylandii - Reduce by a third removing 4m leaving 8m overall height (approx) G5 - Lift block on the drive to 3m for clearance on the drive and safety when exiting. Generally tidy canopies removing sagging branches, longer limbs extending from canopy shape, and dead branches.

T2) Under TPO. Neighbours S/S Beech tree against the boundary. Reduce overhang by 3m max, leaving 2.5m radial spread over garden. To allow evening light and landscaping of that area.

T1 Maple - Draw back from property 2-3m, deadwood and thin by 10% T3 Silver Birch - Crown lift to 4m, drawback from property by 2m, thin by 10% T5 Copper Plum - Crown lift to 2m and draw back from neighbours boundary

T1 and T2 Elm - Crown thin 10% thin to allow dappled light through. Reduce overhang by approx 1.5m back to boundary. T3 Alder - Crown thin 10% thin to allow dappled light through. Reduce overhang by approx 1.5m back to boundary. T4 Lime - Crown thin 10% thin to allow dappled light through. Reduce overhang by approx 1.5m back to boundary. T5 Ash - Fell to allow more light into the property. (Tree stands alone in the tree line with a lean towards the property which will worsen as time goes by.)

Ash - Draw back lowest branch of cluster closest to roof to suitable growth point back from roof line. Wound not to exceed 150mm diameter. Draw back lowest branch of protruding cluster on Western side of tree to suitable growth point. Wound not to exceed 150mm diameter. Small secondary stem prune back in line with boundary fence.

T1 Sycamore - Fell, replant within boundary
