The tree has been removed from the roof for safety and to prevent further damage to the property.

Ash - Draw back lowest branch of cluster closest to roof to suitable growth point back from roof line. Wound not to exceed 150mm diameter. Draw back lowest branch of protruding cluster on Western side of tree to suitable growth point. Wound not to exceed 150mm diameter. Small secondary stem prune back in line with boundary fence.

T1 Elm - Branches overhang front of driveway and property boundary by 4m. Crown lift to gain a 5m ground clearance from driveway. T2 Sycamore - Branches overhang driveway and property boundary by 3m. Crown lift to gain a 5m ground clearance from driveway. T3 Elm - Branches overhang driveway and property boundary by 3m. Crown lift to gain a 5m ground clearance from driveway. T4 Elm - Branches overhang driveway and property boundary by 3m. Crown lift to gain a 5m ground clearance from driveway. T5 Sycamore - Branches overhang driveway and roof of outbuilding. Crown lift to gain a 5m ground clearance from driveway, reduce branches overhanging outbuilding by 2m or back to main stem to gain a 1.5m -2m clearance from outbuilding. T6 Elm - Branches overhang rear of outbuilding reduce by 2m to gain a 1.5m - 2m clearance from outbuilding. T7 Sycamore - Co Dominant Stem at close proximity to outbuilding & overreaching roof by 3m (see T7 Photo). Dismantle and remove to gain a total clearance from building. T8 Ash - Overextending Forked limb over boundary of property by 2m. Reduce by 4m to nearest growth point on scaffold branch to gain a 2m clearance from boundary. T9 Ash - Self set leaning towards boundary fence. Fell and remove. T10 Hawthorne - Branches and crown overhang boundary fence by 2m. Crown lift to gain a 5m ground clearance over boundary, crown reduce by 3m to gain a more compact form. T11 Elm - Self set, all of crown overhanging boundary fence by 2m. Remove all overhang to growth point on main stem. If this cannot be achieved fell and remove.

T1 Ash - Draw back lower secondary growths to the major overhanging lower limb. To achieve 2m clearance to the roof and elevations of the building. Maximum wound size 100mm.

T1 Sequoiadendron giganteum (Wellingtonia) - Crown lift to 3m, draw back to give a max 2m clearance to elevation and roof space of 1 Victoria Terrace. Reduce branch overhanging highway to 500mm from kerb edge into the footpath. (All work carried out to BS 3998:2010)

T1 Oak - Reduce back torn limb (approx 650mm) towards Northern section of canopy at 11.3m from ground level. Reduce back the North Western quadrant to maintain a clearance to the corner of the dwelling of 3m. Reduce back lowest limb to the East of the canopy running parallel to the drive. T2 Oak - Crown lift/reduce back foliage from neighbouring Oak to provide 2m clearance to the garage roof.

Canopy lift away from roof to clear by 2m Cut back from gable end to clear by 2m

TPO 0713: G1 Pine trees - Remove 3x slender secondary branches from primary limbs, as per picture and reduce 2x primary limbs to clear the roof by 3ft max, leaving 5m. Remove dead branch over the wendy house. T8 Beech - Remove 2x lowest limbs growing through the Conifer trees. T7 Red Chestnut - Lift by removal of 1x lowest limb. TPO 0136: A2 Comprising Copper Beech. Lift by removal of 2x lowest limbs.
