T14 Oak - Reduce crown back the western boundary in line with the boundary fence and reshape leaving approximatley 5m raidail crown spread to balance crown. All pruning cuts to be taken back to the first available pruning point.

G1 Various - Crown lift all trees as required to 3m from ground level and fell the following tree species with stem diameters less than 200mm DBH located within 1m of the path edge: Sycamore, Ash, Elder. Hazel, Holly, Hawthorn and any other species can be pruned back to the site boundary to allow fence construction.

T1 Oak - Cut back one lower limb vertical with fence line T3 Oak - Remove 4 lower smaller limbs in accordance to BS3998. Remove 2 lower limbs to the West Side. Remove epicormic growth. T4 Oak - Crown lift to 4 meters over the garden, garden side only reduce end weight by cutting back various limbs vertical with lawn edge. T5 Sycamore - Crown lift to 4 meters. Reduce end weight by cutting back various limbs vertical with lawn edge, all works to be carried out in accordance with BS3998 standard. See marked photos. NB Removal of dead wood does not require consent.

CH1 Cherry - crown lift to 2.5m over the path and 5.2m over the road. Reduce away from number 65's garden as close to the fence line as growth points allow, aiming for a 2-3m clearance. CH2 Cherry - crown lift to 5.2m over the road. CH3 Cherry - reduce lateral branches back to silver crash barrier (as far as growth points allow), ensure a 5.2m clearance over the road as well. CH4 Cherry - crown lift over the paths to 2.5m, crown lift over the road to give a clearance of 5.2m, reduce from property to give a clearance of 2-3m, reduce away from the streetlight to give a clearance of 1m. CH5 Cherry - crown lift to 5.2m over the road. To get sufficient clearance over the paths especially on CH1 and CH4 there will be some larger wounds, some of these will be on the main stems/trunks. we wont be raising the side which covers the grassed area. NB Removal of Ivy does not require consent.

A1 Ash - Crown lift to give clearance of 2.5m approx over path and grassed area S4 Sycamore - Crown lift and/or reduce branches to give clearance of 2.5m over path and grassed area. Removal of overhanging deadwood. H1 Hawthorn - Reduce branches back to boundary fence Remove all Saplings from between the 2 boundary fences

T1 Oak - Crown lift to approx 3m on property side to balance up with the crown on the side overhanging the footpath and field on rear side of the fence

T4 - Remove all deadwood. Remove one live branch which is dying off and overhanging the garden. T13 - Remove the smaller branch which comes off the lateral limb on the northern side. Reduce the remaining limb on the northern side back to the first appropriate growing points. Reduce the southern section of the canopy in line with the boundary fence of 9 Whitelands Road back to appropriate growing points to reduce the weight of the cracked limb on the main stem. T14 - Sycamore Crown lift to 5.6m over the adjacent driveway only

Ash - Draw back lowest branch of cluster closest to roof to suitable growth point back from roof line. Wound not to exceed 150mm diameter. Draw back lowest branch of protruding cluster on Western side of tree to suitable growth point. Wound not to exceed 150mm diameter. Small secondary stem prune back in line with boundary fence.

T1 Elm - Branches overhang front of driveway and property boundary by 4m. Crown lift to gain a 5m ground clearance from driveway. T2 Sycamore - Branches overhang driveway and property boundary by 3m. Crown lift to gain a 5m ground clearance from driveway. T3 Elm - Branches overhang driveway and property boundary by 3m. Crown lift to gain a 5m ground clearance from driveway. T4 Elm - Branches overhang driveway and property boundary by 3m. Crown lift to gain a 5m ground clearance from driveway. T5 Sycamore - Branches overhang driveway and roof of outbuilding. Crown lift to gain a 5m ground clearance from driveway, reduce branches overhanging outbuilding by 2m or back to main stem to gain a 1.5m -2m clearance from outbuilding. T6 Elm - Branches overhang rear of outbuilding reduce by 2m to gain a 1.5m - 2m clearance from outbuilding. T7 Sycamore - Co Dominant Stem at close proximity to outbuilding & overreaching roof by 3m (see T7 Photo). Dismantle and remove to gain a total clearance from building. T8 Ash - Overextending Forked limb over boundary of property by 2m. Reduce by 4m to nearest growth point on scaffold branch to gain a 2m clearance from boundary. T9 Ash - Self set leaning towards boundary fence. Fell and remove. T10 Hawthorne - Branches and crown overhang boundary fence by 2m. Crown lift to gain a 5m ground clearance over boundary, crown reduce by 3m to gain a more compact form. T11 Elm - Self set, all of crown overhanging boundary fence by 2m. Remove all overhang to growth point on main stem. If this cannot be achieved fell and remove.
