Notice of intent to carry out works to trees protected by Tree Preservation Order 15/76 - Trees we would like to remove to improve appearance and health of Oak Trees Tree 1 - Mature conifer whose mass is significantly impeding the branches of Tree 2 (Oak) Tree 4 & Tree 5 - Medium size conifers rapidly growing and impeding lower branches of the main Oak in the garden (Tree 3) We would look to underplant with more suitable trees/shrubs and make more of a feature of the oak trees in the general landscaping of the front. Trees we would like to remove on the grounds of safety Tree 6 - This tree has fallen and blocks access to the current septic tank and future position of sewage treatment plant Tree 7 - This tree has significant woodpecker damage and showing signs of disease at lower levels Tree we would like to remove to enable the in/out driveway Tree 8 - This tree is healthy (I believe a Turkish Oak) but is growing in the shadow of 3 very large oak trees, it is also very close to the boundary ditch of the property, we would replace this tree with 3 new ones planted elsewhere in front/rear garden
