Consisting of mainly Sycamore trees and one Holly tree - Historically hedge row and now matured to tree line. We would like to take the view of removing section and to retain the left hand group. These works are in the interest of the potential new owner of the land as we are looking to sell this to the homeowner to the rear 11 Bellamy Close. As our property is in no way is attached and further three gardens away (old styling gardens) and makes more geographical sense for this reason. this would enable them to remove the fence to the rear and with this section removed open up the garden. should the proposal be acceptable we would be more than happy to replant 2x higher value species withing the garden to add longer term enhancement.

This area needs thinning out as the trees are too crowded. a possible cause of them dying off. I propose removing most of the invasive species, Holly and Ash. Also the remaining dead trees. I would also suggest removing overcrowded trees before more die off, due to a lack of resources. Wharton NIC has surveyed the trees. I also have an ornothological survey. One tree is in category A, 22 trees are in B, most trees are in category C, impaired condition. I have noticed two more trees seem to have died off. There will be no new replacement trees due to the overcrowded state of the site. Any space opened up is required to increase the areas biodiversity. Wharton natural infrastructure consultants are going to send me a list of suitable options. Area category should not be applied to this site. "government web page". It is to be decided which trees could be subject to a TPO. This site has no amenity value being private property. It is secured with a five bar fence, stock wire, and a strand of barbed wire on top. The locked five bar gate also should have a strand of barbed wire on top. Using my plan and list of trees I have a suggestion as to which trees should go. The first should be the Holly and Ash numbered 50,51 and 52 because they are too close to Severn Trent Assets, and could cause local infrastructure damage. Next the centre needs thinning out, so I suggest removing all the invasive Holly and Ash. Holly numbered 70, 72, 74, 75, 62, 33, 59 and Ash 60 and 32. Trees still to be removed as in previous plan Spruce 7 and Pine 37. New dead trees 30 and 38, I am waiting to make sure they really are dead. Trees to keep possibly with a TPO if required to protect them from future owners of this site. 3, 5, 9, 11, 13, 27, 29, 34, 42, 43, 44, 45, 47, 46, 53, 56, 67.
