5 day exemption request T1 - To sectionally fell to ground level Monterey Cypress tree on front boundary due to extreme decline of crown in various places and secondary stem snapped out during storm weather in March leaving the leaning stem facing the road with a large wound lower down which could fail at anytime creating a major hazard to public safety. The lower branches where the stem fell are broken and damaged and being this species of tree, once removed growth will not reform on the tree. The tree is also pushing on a metal telegraph pole and the pole is now leaning at an angle due to the pressure placed on it. BT Openreach have been informed of the potential hazard - ND0DKL42 is the fault reference number for the pole.

T.P.O. no 3 1986 - T1) - Sycamore tree located to the rear left boundary line, selective pruning, to remove first four low branches on the lawn side of the tree, to reduce back the outer canopy of the tree to its previous cutting points (15% regrowth) and the removal of any major deadwood. T2) - Ash tree located to the front lawn area, crown reduction of 30%.

T.P.O no.1 1957- Oak- located to the right boundary of the rear garden:- Reduce back the outer growth (garden side) by approximately 2.5 - 3m, fading out in to the crown of the tree.
