The side boundary (approx. 30m) of the property borders Network Rail land and there are a number of trees here severely overhanging the entire garden and causing damage to the property including the drain pipes, roof and windows (photos sent by resident will be attached). Network Rail would like permission to reduce the trees along the boundary fenceline so that they no longer overhang the property and cause damage. This work will be undertaken by qualified contractors under the supervision of Network Rail and we will not reduce the trees any more than necessary. TPO Ref: 749 W24

Pedunculate oak - Tree 347 of survey (not TPO). Reduce spread of lowest half of the tree's crown on its southern side by 2 metres, ensuring that 2 metres' clearance between branch tips and building is achieved. Reduce length of low branch directly opposite first floor window of 19 Heronsforde by 2-3 metres. Reason: To reduce the nuisance caused by the tree's crown which is currently very close to, and almost touching the building.
