A1, Ash : pollard to rejuvenate because of ash die back. R1, Rowan : dead, to be removed. T1 to T16 (mainly oak and sweet chestnut) and T17 to T25 (mainly cherry and birch) : crown raise to highways height 5.2m to prevent damage from high sided vehicles.

T1 - Liquidambar: crown lift to 4m above ground level, maximum diameter of cuts 50mm. Tip reduce all extending and exposed limbs by 1-2m, maximum diameter cuts of 50cm. Remove all snapped branches and deadwood.

T1, Beech: reduce height by no more than 3m, to reduce the canopy spread to the north, south and west by no more than 2m. To reduce canopy spread to the east by no more than 3m. Leaving a tree height of 19m with a crown spread of no less than 6m, 6m, 5.5m and 6m to the north, east, south and west respectively. Maximum cut diameter of 50mm. Whilst the tree has a high amenity value, it has begun to impact the property both physically and in terms of shade cast. This work is applied for in the interest of managing the tree in relation to the space available, giving suitable clearance to the property and also improve light levels to both the property and the outside space, whilst retaining good form and sufficient foliar area.

Yew : Crown reduction by 300mm and prune back from overhead utility cables.

T1 through to T5, oaks, from south to north respectively: (Maximum height of trees some 17m, average crown spread to west some 6m) 1. Crown lift trees on the east side over the garden to 4m above ground level removing epicormic branches only 2. Reduce height of trees by up to 3m 3. T1: Oak - prune and reduce the crown height and spread, removing all significant deadwood found within the crown and removing branch lengths of up to 2-3m in length and making natural target pruning cuts of up to 150mm in diameter.

T1, pine - shorten first order branches over neighbours garden by 1-2m to a suitable side branch on west side. Remove dead branches over 50mm as necessary. T2, pine - shorten back upper branches over drive by approximately 1m. Remove dead branches over 50mm as necessary. T3, pine - shorten first order branches on west side, over neighbours garden by approximately 1m to a suitable side branch. Remove dead branches over 50mm as necessary. T4, pine - shorten first order branches on west side over neighbours garden. Remove dead branches over 50mm as necessary.

T1, Eucalyptus : fell to ground level.

Horse chestnut reduction - Reduce by 2m only on the east side of the tree leaning over the roof of the house. Cut to suitable growth points to preserve health and form of the tree, thinning and dead wooding will also be carried out where necessary.

T1: Silver Birch: prune and crown reduce via thinning by approximately 10%, making natural target pruning cuts of up to 25mm in diameter, removing branch lengths up to 2m. T2: Black Pine - fell.
