The lower limbs cause damage to the roof of the adjacent garages and potentially any vehicles parked in front of them. It is proposed that the lower overhanging branches be removed up to a height of approximately 6 metres but retaining the main limb that frames the entrance to South Close. Some branches up to 8 metres up also hang down over the garages and driveway and is is proposed that these also be removed.
