(2/TPO/00066) T1 Horse chestnut: The Highways have contacted the customer and asked that the tree is trimmed back from the road and path. 2.5m crown raise overt the pathway and 5.2m over the roadway. The overall cuts needed will be tiny, no more than 2 inch cuts. However the customer potentially faces a fine if the work is not completed

(2/TPO/00197) TPO plan with yellow highlighted sycamore tree this is in TPO G1 area, within 7 Jannoch's Court overhanging Manor Road. As per council instructions "Tree to be cut back to property boundary to expose the entire public highway fully as per the clearance diagram supplied". This needs minimal pruning to the highlighted tree of less than 1 meter height and 3 metres overhang of road and path. See photo attached.
