9 x Self-sown Ash stems - Fell Causing damage to fencing and paving.

Pseudoplatanus (sycamore) has self seeded adjacent back boundary chainlink fence , has been cut but not poisoned so has regrown & is now enmeshed with the fence.

We inspected this site and noted a large self-set sycamore growing close to the building blocking out natural light and air. This tree has started to impact onto the fence line (see pictures), We advise. T1 - Large Self-set Sycamore - Cut back from property to give 2meter clearance T2 - Small Self-set Ash - Fell as close as possible to ground level and apply herbicide.

1 x Sycamore tree TPO T37 - crown reduce by 15% back to cutting points established by works undertaken under 16/05723/TPO, 1 x Holly tree TPO T36 - raise crown to 3 metres above ground level and cut back overhang of pavement, 1 x Yew TPO T33 - raise crown to 3 metres above ground level, reduce height of crown to level established by works carried out under 12/00332/TCA, reduce width of tree along length of fence and on garden side to reduce overhanging and allow underplanting, 1 x Conifer tree - raise crown to 4 metres, minor top work on crown, remove dead branches and reduce width by 1.5m to prevent overhanging of pavement, 1 x Conifer tree - raise crown to 4 metres above pavement level, minor top work on crown, remove dead branches and reduce width by 1.5m to prevent overhanging of pavement, 1 x Box tree - remove, 1 x Holly tree - raise crown to 3 metres above ground level and ut back to reduce overhanging of public pavement and overhang of garden area, 1 x Holly tree - raise crown to 3 metres, cut back to reduce overhanging of public pavement and garden area, 1 x Bay tree - raise crown to 3 metres above ground level.

1 x Lime tree (T1) lift crown lift to 4m, reduce back from house and thin out and reduce along fence line, 1 x Lime tree (T2) - crown lift to 6m and 1 x Lime tree (T3) - reduce back to previous points of reduction along fence line with 15 Lorn Rd - lengths of aprox 2.5m

1 x Bay tree (T1) - reduce back from garden of No. 51 as near to boundary fence as possible, retaining healthy growth, 1 x Bay tree (T2) - reduce back from garden of No. 51 as near to boundary fence as possible, retaining healthy growth. 1 x Mock Orange tree (T3) - thin crown by removal of younger stem, retaining larger dominant stem. 1 x Pittosporum tree (T4) - reduce to a height of approximately 2.5 metres from ground level, reduce width accordingly to shape, 1 x Lilac tree (T5) - cut back overhang from garden of No. 53 to line of flowerbed, retaining healthy growth.

1 x Cherry tree (0A2B) - crown reduce by 1m to appropriate pruning points, 3 x Conifer trees (0A2C) - fell to ground level due to poor form and location, 1 x Leyland Cypress (0A2D) - reduce crown by 3m and tight trim sides, 1 x group of mixed species (0A2E) - remove 1 x unidentified sp. dead suppressed tree, remove 1 x Pittosporum limb encroaching fence and reduce and reshape remaining crown by 2m.

1 x Ash tree (T1) - reduce canopy by 2-4m remove crossing branches and deadwood, 1 x Holly tree (T2) - remove 2 x stems closest fence, reduce remaining stem by 2m, 1 x Apple tree (T3) - reduce height by 1-2m, remove crossing branches and deadwood.
