TPO application to carry out works to one Copper beech; Shorten branches on western side by up to 4 metres to clear conservatory, also shorten branches on northern side by up to 4 metres to clear house. Final minimum radial distance of 10 metres.

Tree Preservation Order application: T1 - Beech - Crown lift to 5m, T2 - Beech - Remove and replace tree, T3 - Beech - Crown lift to 5m and remove small deadwood. Also clear house roof by 2 metres where 5 metre crown lift has not done so.

Fell to ground level and remove all arisings; G5:Various trees from end of road up to entrance. Crown reduce 3no. yews to final height of 2.5m, radial spread of 2.5m, and 2no. lime trees to final height of 5m, 4m radial spread; G6: Various trees on left hand side of road entrance. Fell to ground level and remove all arisings.

T1 Oak (rear garden, northernmost tree) reduce height to 16m, reduce radial crown spread to 6.5m and cut back as necessary to create a 3m clearance from the house. T2 Oak (rear corner of house) reduce height to 16m, reduce radial crown spread to 6m and cut back as necessary to create a 3m clearance from the house. T3 Oak (in front garden) reduce height to 14m, reduce radial crown spread to 7m on North, East and South aspects and 4m on West aspect (over driveway).

TPO application to prune back the branches of one Sycamore that are encroaching towards the house (13 The Vallance), by 3 metres to leave 4m distance; reduce branch damaging the roof of the shed from 17m to 14m.

TPO application to remove low branch on south side of one Sweet Chestnut, that overhangs the summer house.

TPO application to fell two Sycamore trees; Crown lift one Oak to give 4m clearance above ground level; Crown reduction of five Sycamore in height and radial spread towards house to previous reduction points; Crown reduction of two Sycamore to 16m in height and 4m radial crown spread.

Tree Preservation Order application: G1 one Pine Tree - Currently has a crown spread of around 12m and is touching the house. We propose to reduce the lateral branches by 1.5m-2m to clear the building. Leaving the spread of 10m.

TPO Application for 6 x trees (consisting of mixed Acer, Crataegus and Quercus- as shown on tree location plan)- crown lift all to 2.8m and thin by 15% and cut back growth to create a clearance of 2M from the house at 43 Bargrove Road
