T1 (TPO T15) Elm - Remove small branch (5cm dia) west at 3m and first lower limb (20cm dia) north at 4m, cutting back to main stem to maintain clearance from new dwelling. T2 Ash (TPO G7) - Remove trunk suckers up to 3m to clean stem. Lift canopy up to 6m overhanging new garage, cutting back to viable secondary growth points to maintain clearance. T5 Ash (TPO G7) - Reduce height by 2m, to leave 14m and reduce lateral limb overhanging neighbouring property south west by 5m, cutting back to viable, secondary growth points. Clean out to remove major deadwood (>50mm) and truncated branches. T9 (TPO G7) Ash - Remove branch at 11m extending north east over new dwelling, cutting back to main stem, to maintain clearance. T11 (TPO G7) Ash - Fell. Kretschmaria deusta present and associated decay to main stem significant. Suspected ash dieback. Historic limb failure, cavities and large sections of major deadwood. Due to proximity of adjacent tree population and proposed new landscaping associated with development site request to waive condition to replace ash tree (T11) proposed for removal.

T57 Acer: Reduce circumference by 2m taking back to suitable secondary growth points. Tree management. T51 Horse Chestnut: Reduce width back to footpath level (about 3m). Reduce tree circumference in a flowing line 3m back to suitable secondary growth points. Overhanging on garage and tree management. G6 Holly round off to a manageable level, tree shaping / management only.

x2 Beech trees 154 and 153 of the Order: Reducing canopy spread to 4m from base of trees, lifting canopy of both trees to 5m. Removing branch over next doors garage. Reduce height to 17m. Reason: Management of canopy encroachment over garden and apprehension

T1 Cypress tree closest to rear boundary, Fell. tree is causing excessive shading to both neighbouring properties causing an ongoing dispute. Tree has been previously 'topped' and has also been previously approved for removal although, clearly, this work wasn't carried out. T2 Cypress tree, Fell part of group causing excessive shading T3 Cypress tree, Fell closest to garage, tree causing excessive shading to neighbouring property and has a number of broken limbs, as shown in pictures, from wind damage. T4 Alder tree, Reduce height from around 10 meters to 8 meters and the trees width from 7 meters to between 3.5 and 4 meters supressed by Cypress (T3) once trees are removed the alder will appear misshapen and one sided. To alleviate stress on the tree and susceptibility to possible wind damage due to its new exposure we wish to reduce the crown of the alder. to promote a flowing line and will be cut back to suitable secondary growth.

T1 Sycamore: Fell Reason: structural damage to wall and garage T2 Sycamore: lift canopy to 6.5m Reason: allow more light into garden and clear highway

Ash T1: reduce canopy spread to 4m radius from base of tree. Branch above bird box, reduce back to previous old cut point. Lower branch above garage reduce back to suitable secondary growth point. Remove all dead wood.

.Beech (T2)Reduce lateral spread over house from 9m back to approx 6m, crown lift over house to give a 2m clearance and crown lift remaining tree to 4m from base. Lime (T8) remove first 3 large branches which grown towards garage and crown lift away from street signage to give 1m clearance.

The tree is an Oak Tree which is located in the garden of 15 Northumberland Close. However the tree effects four properties which the tree spreads over. These properties are listed below. The issues the tree cause to all four properties are shading, leaf and acorn drop into the gardens/ gutters/ drains and also branches that fall into the gardens (safety issue). The tree stands at approximately 16 meters in height, and wish to reduce the height to 13 meters. 16 Augusta Close, reduce the canopy spread from approximately 16 meters to 13 meters. 16a Augusta Close the tree branches spread along the garage and this would be the point of reference, to reduce the spread by 2 meters from the line of the garage. 15 Northumberland Close, The length of the canopy from the truck (along the fence) is approximately 14 meters and wish to reduce it to 11 meters. 13 Northumberland Close, the tree spreads approximately 16 meters along the fence from the trunk. Wish to reduce this to 13 meters.

Sycamore (T1); Fell remove due to proximity of tree to corner of garage and interfering with telegraph pole and phone lines. Lime (T2); Fell due to poor condition (excessive decay) of trunk, tree overhanging garage and road.

The location of the Oak tree is shown in Appendix 1 and is approximately 2m north of the applicants property boundary. There is significant southerly lateral spread of the crown which is affecting the amenity of both the garden and adjacent structures. Of particular concern is the area of the crown above the garage/ garden room; the latter is frequently occupied during the year. The proposed works are to reduce the lateral spread over the garden from the neighbours oak tree by 3m and 4m towards the garage/garden room to leave 3.5m at base.
