/T24 - Purple Plum and T23 Cherry. Crown reduce the height by 1.5m and radial spread by 1m to retain a blaanced shaped canopy.

Works: Trees (11, 12, 13, 14 and 15) bordering Park Side Road- Lift to 5.5 m over Park Drive Road and trim garden side. Justification: To keep road clear and maintain dense foliage.

Lime (ID# 12) located at the front of property according to the following specifications: Re-pollard Due to previous works pollard points are too low thus regrowth is growing close/touching building

Neighbouring tree branches are overhanging my property, prune back branches in accordance to marked photos.

G1 Mixed species group, Reduce from building to give 3m clearance

TPO164 trees T4 & T5, these two trees Sycamore and Horse Chestnut (T101 in attached survey) are completely entwined and the arborist has recommended that they be reduced by 50% to previous pollard points as they have excessive canopy and branch growth causing issues to the adjacent apartment block drainage. Presence of cavities and possible fruiting bodies.

T1, T2 and T3 - LIME - To reduce 3 limes by 5m in height and maximum 1m from lateral branches, to crown lift by 5m, crown thin by 5% and to clear building by 1m

T1 - Fell - Poplar - Was pollarded in 2014 and has not recovered very well. Limited new growth, large area of bark missing on lower stem and presence of bracket fungi (suspect Agaricus dryinus) signifying presence of deadwood. Property a potential target in case of failure.
