Remove Scots pine tree (T1) to ground level. Tree has large cavity in the main stem, found after the tree was surveyed for possible defects. Cavity depth was around 25cm deep and concerns are the tree could be compromised.

Reduce canopy of oak tree (T1) on council land overhanging 6 Stockley Crescent, by 20% on property side.

Remove all deadwood from within the canopy, reduce the canopy between 1.5-2metres, on oak tree T1 positioned inside the car park overhanging several parking bays.

Fell 1 No. golden poplar tree (T1) due to partial root failure, 1 No. ash tree (T2) due to significant canopy decline causing unknown but basal decay noted (though no fungal fruiting bodies identified on inspection) under TPO 357.

Reduce overhanging branches back by 3-4 metres and reduce the side of the Crown by 3-4 metres on 2 No. oak trees, overhanging 41 Bridge Meadow Drive (Protected by TPO/01004).

Reduce by 20% to maintain shape on lime trees T1 and T2 in front garden. Repollard lime tree T3 in rear garden due to weak unions.

1 No Oak tree in the front garden of 1 Foxley Drive. Application for 1 sided crown reduction to create 4 metre clearance from property.

Crown reduction by 3-4m on 1 No. oak tree in front garden.

2 No. oak trees (1 and 2) - Overall reduction of 25% and canopy lifted to 5 metres to prevent branches on corner elevation from touching property.

Tree C, Norway maple tree - Crown lift by 4 metres and reduce & reshape by 2 to 3 metres.
