I have an oak tree in my back garden which is located some 13 meters from the house very close to the fence between myself and my neighbour. There are two dead branches on the tree, one on my side of the fence and the other that hangs over my neighbours garden. I would like to remove both of these branches to avoid any risk of falling into my garden or my neighbours garden. In addition there is a large overhanging branch over my neighbours garden (third picture) that I would like to cut back as much as is permitted.

T1 - Thuja - Fell to ground level. (Damaging retaining wall. ) T2 and T3 - Lawson Cypress - Reduce the height by 2 - 2.5 m. (Losing natural light.)

T1 Oak tree located in the rear garden. To reduce the over extended lateral limbs of the canopy by up to 2m from the branch tips, back to suitable growth points. This action will only result in the tertiary growth being pruned in order to help contain the tree within its setting. To remove the epicormic growth from the trunk up to crown break. This action is to promote the canopy of the tree and to prevent any of the epicorimc growth from becoming to substantial.

T1- English oak (quercus robur) located at the front of the property overhanging the front drive. The client proposes a 30% reduction to previous points as part of the trees routine maintenance. The tree is currently 15m high and 10m wide and will be approximately 12m high and 7m wide following the proposed work. T2- English oak, located to the rear of the property in the garden. Proposed epicormic growth on the stem to be removed up to the crown break, this will not impact the current height and width which is approximately 17m by 12m. This is to allow more light into the garden.

Tree 2 on sketch plan: Evidence of fungus growth (Potentially honey fungus suggested by multiple tree surgeons), samples have been taken and stored in freezer as per instructions on last visit. Large sections of the tree are now dead, as can be seen on photos. These pose a threat to damage to both the neighbours property and the substation the sit between our property and theirs. Original statement from tree surgeon: Mature Sweet Chestnut ? Tree is dying and has virtually no leaf growth on it ? Climb and sectional dismantle to ground level.

Reducing back rooftop aspect of crown by approx 2m to secondary growth and in accordance with BS 3998 2010 leaving a flowing shape. the remaining branch will be approx 4m in length. Silver Birch (Betula pendula) 1-4 Removal of 4 silver birch trees. As trees previously covered in Rhododendron, pockets of rot are starting to appear in in branch knuckles. Straight fell. T1- Sycamore, H 10m, S 8m. Uneven canopy due to historically pruned away from street light. Recommend a 20% crown reduction of the whole canopy to rebalance canopy, cutting branches by up to 2m from tips. Reduction on 10m height and 8m spread will result in 8m height and 6.5m spread post works. T3- Whitebeam- Crown lift to 3m above ground level to give clearance to large vehicles. T4- Cherry, Crown lift to 3m above ground level to give clearance for pedestrians. T5- Cherry, H11m S6m. Crown reduction of whole canopy cutting branches back by up to 3m from tips to previous cut points to clear the tree away from the neighboring tree. Reducing height to 6m and spread to 4m. T6- Walnut, H10m S8m- Branches touching building blocking street light. Recommend crown reduction of the whole canopy, cutting branches by up to 2.5m from tips. Reducing height to 6m and spread to 6m. T11- Whitebeam- Crown lift to 3m from ground level to make clearance for the path and parked cars. T13-Oak H9m S9m, Tree growing from railway and over boundary fence. Branches touching the building. Recommend a crown reduction away from the building, cutting branches by up to 1.5m from tips, reducing the spread of the tree to 7m. T14 Oak, Lower branches touching the building and over hanging road. Crown lift to 5m from ground level to clear away from garages and large vehicles.

T1. Oak tree is currently 18m high and 10m wide and would like to reduce the canopy by 2-3 meters as it is currently to large for the area it is located also has been reduced in some areas poor in the past. after works is carried out the tree will be 15-16m high and 7-8m wide. also taking out any deadwood and crossing branches.
