G1 - Woodland Tree Line - Located on boundary, to rear/side of No. 64 Boundary Way. Consisting of 2x Mature Sycamore shown as T1 & T2, located close to the boundary line, with considerable overhang to property and garden area of no.64. Reduce overhanging laterals to reduce overextended limbs of Sycamore tree by 4.5M. Remove or carry our end-weight reduction to lower limbs in close proximity to house roof line, to provide suitable crown clearance from roofline of property block. To alleviate crown encroachment and light filter issues to property and garden, while reducing end weight to crown, reducing risk of limb failure to over extended limbs. Fell X1 Self-set Sycamore T3, located close to fence boundary. height approx 6/7m Fell and remove due to low value and poor siting growing under established trees. Further crown growth will likely cause continual conflict to adj property and boundary.

a) T15 Oak tree ( Quercia robur) , located in the rear garden, right hand boundary. Work required : All round reduction of 2 metres to balance the tree, removal of deadwood and cutting back of branches touching the roof and house, removal of epicormic growth up to lower branch. Reason : as part of continued maintenance to control and contain overall size of the tree due to close proximity to the house. b) T18, White Willow ( Salix Alba): located in the rear garden right hand boundary. Work required : All round reduction of 3 metres to balance the tree and removal of deadwood and removal of epicormic growth up to lower branches and removal of a hanging broken branch Reason: continued maintenance and to reduce wind loading and sail area of the tree as large branches break and fall in the wind.

T275 - Walnut Tree on the boundary of 79 and 77 Valley Road at the front. To trim the tree to avoid contact with the house and gutters where branches currently overhang. Reduce by 1 metre all round to create a reduced crown.

With our young children regularly playing in the garden and indeed proximity to our house, we feel the tree poses a serious safety concern for us"

T1 - Ash (Fraxinus excelsior) Approx Height - 20m+ Location - Rear garden near left hand boundary just behind client small outhouse (bar) Work required - Pollard tree to second set of unions at approximately 12m Reason - tree recently had a very large limb fail which made up approximately a third of the trees crown, remaining crown now open to new wind exposure. The failed limb has created a slight longitude crack at the main union junction for the remain x2 stems at approximately 9m, crack susceptible to worsen through continuous wind loading. Multiple wood pecker holes up along remaining stems with clusters of fungal fruiting bodies believed to be Inonotus hispidus surrounding, possible cause of the major limb failure. Approx Crown Spread Diameter - 12m Location - rear garden left hand boundary (Tree belongs to The Russell Primary school in Chorleywood) Work required- crown reduce all overhanging lateral branches by 2-3m to good growth/branch fork junction Reason - Tree is completely overshadowing client's garden and house and significantly reducing natural light into the property as per customers request G1 - Beech Approx Height - 16-18m. Approx Crown Spread Diameter - 10m Location - rear garden rear boundary Work required- Crown reduce 2 x trees by approx 2.5-3.5m all round to create a more manageable and compact crown Reason - Trees within G1 are outgrowing it's surroundings and are beginning to encroach onto property as per customers request T3 - Birch (betula) Approx Height - 12m. Approx Spread - 2m Location - front garden- right hand corner Work required - Fell as close to ground level as possible and treat with one application of glyphosate only, to prevent regrowth Reason - dead/dying dangerous tree P.N Due to the dangerous nature of this tree, use of MEWP will be required to carry out works at an additional fee

The holly hedge bordering the house is unsightly for the neighbours (Anfield). It has no amenity value. We would like to remove the line of holly hedge as marked above and replace with a fence. The holly hedge away from the house and bordering the garden remains strong and will remain as it is. There is no record in our deeds to suggest the hedge has a protection order. We have 50 ms ofholly hedge elsewhere in the garden.
