Ash tree A1: cut back canopy encroachment to viable growth points. cut back to 1.5 metres off current boundary fence to Wisteria Drive. Removal of all deadwood. Ash Tree A2: cut back canopy encroachment to viable growth points. Cut back to 2 metres off current boundary fence. Reason: tree have not been maintained and large branches continue to fall off these trees.

Tree Preservation Order Application to crown reduce 1no. Black Poplar (No 1220) by 3-5m. Removal of dead wood and crossed limbs. Cut back limbs closest to house by 2-3m, limb to East and South by 3-4m to lift crown. Crown lift to remove new growth to height of 4-5m. Thin new growth within crown to reduce impact of high winds (ratio of 1:4). Crown reduce 1no. H4 Leylandii hedge - Remove and replace H5 Non specific hedge - Remove and replace (low level larch lap fence and suitable hedging plants).

Fell and grind all trees along fence line as low value poor form trees growing within fence line. This has caused the fence to lose to structure x 2 Hawthorn, x 2 Yew and x 1 Privet
