T1 - Paper Bark Birch - Reduce overall crown by approximately 1.5m. T2 - Paper Bark Birch - Reduce overall crown by approximately 1.5m and prune/remove tree root. T3 - Olive - Fell. T4 - Mimosa - Remove x 4 lower branches (Crown lift) to achieve a 1 meter clearance from the roof of the summer house. Reduce lateral growth overhanging the neighbours garden by 0.4m.

Prune Sycamore to give approximately 4 metres clearance from house leaving a final radius of approximately 3.5 metres and pruning up to approximately 2 metres above apex of roof pruning to suitable live secondary growth. Group of 5 mature trees on the boundary of 7 Kenneth Road with public footpath, comprising four Common Beech (T1 to T4) and one Field Maple (T5) as shown in the site plan. Specification is a 1.5 metre reduction in height of the group, with similar shortening-in of side growth away from the house and over garden. Prune back T1 and T2 Beech branches currently close to house guttering/roof to ensure clearance of 2 metres. Prune back T5 Maple branches currently touching the garden room roof to ensure clearance of 2 metres. In addition, prune back T1 and T2 Beech branches currently touching neighbour's (26 Cunningham Road) garage roof to ensure clearance of 2 metres.

a) T15 Oak tree ( Quercia robur) , located in the rear garden, right hand boundary. Work required : All round reduction of 2 metres to balance the tree, removal of deadwood and cutting back of branches touching the roof and house, removal of epicormic growth up to lower branch. Reason : as part of continued maintenance to control and contain overall size of the tree due to close proximity to the house. b) T18, White Willow ( Salix Alba): located in the rear garden right hand boundary. Work required : All round reduction of 3 metres to balance the tree and removal of deadwood and removal of epicormic growth up to lower branches and removal of a hanging broken branch Reason: continued maintenance and to reduce wind loading and sail area of the tree as large branches break and fall in the wind.

T1, Oak To shorten Westerly limb with longitudinal seam (possible internal crack) by 6m in length, back to suitable secondary growing points. To shorten Southern branch ends towards the summer house by 2m and balance. Reasons Branch broke out and damaged house roof. Parent stem faulty with longitudinal seam, decay and possible internal crack.

Beech - raise canopy to clear roof of house by 2m. Raise remainder of crown on all sides by 1.5m. trim to clear telephone line by 1-1.5m. All removing tertiary branches only. abate of nuisance Norway Maple - raise canopy on all sides by 1-1.5m, removing tertiary branches inly Remove deadwood throughout crown abate of nuisance Birch - remove ivy and deadwood, reduce spread on all sides by up to 2-2.5m, taper into upper crown and retain current height management of over extended limbs on all sides to prevent further spread. No reduction in height.

T1 Oak - prune to give 3m clearance to the aerial on the roof of the house and to the house; prune to give up to 2m clearance to the roof of the neighbouring house. T2 Oak - remove dead branches. T3 Oak - branch lift to provide 5.3m clearance directly over the road, 2.5m clearance over the pavement and 1m clearance to the streetlamp and prune to clear within a 45 degree angle down from the lamp to the pavement/road, so light is not obstructed; remove ivy from the stem of the tree to enable a further inspection to be carried out.
