Fell 1 x Ash (T1) as leaning towards neighbouring property, crown raise to 4.5 metres and crown reduce by 1.5 - 2.0 metres to provide clearance to garden and maintain size to 1 x Manor Ash (T2) and crown raise by 3 metres to 1 x Beech, and reduce remaining canopy by 1.5 - 2.0 metres to provide clearance above garden office

(T1) Monterey Cypress (Macrocarpa) - crown lift by 1-1.5m to give clearance to neighbours garage/office and crown reduce by 1-1.5m leaving a final crown spread of 10m, also to clear neighbouring property and trees. (028/2010/TPO).

The tree is listed as - LE_TPO_TLC_SP_VIEW2, T1 HORSE CHESTNUT Since it was last pruned/trimmed about 5/6 years ago, it has now grown significantly so that the canopy is about 25m round and 25m tall. It is now covering about 50/60% of our garden and encroaching our house conservatory and garden office. The result of this is significant bird and animal faeces and tree debris over the garden and patio which with children playing is really concerning. It also means that we cannot use the patio for eating or sitting due to the risk of fresh faeces/debris falling on the family. We are also concerned about the risk of more significant damage to the property with larger branches falling onto the house, conservatory or garden office. We have sought a professional tree surgeon who has recommended a 25/30%- 6-7m back to previous points reduction to the canopy, mainly on our side, as the growth has been slower on the northern side This will regain the garden back for family use for another 5/6 years.

T2 Silver Birch - Reduce 3 lateral limbs by up to 1.5 metres. T3 Apple in office garden - Reduce height by approximately 1.5 metres and laterals by 0.5 metre and carry out general prune of remaining crown.

1. 3 x semi-mature Ash (by car parking area bay 14) - Reduce and reshape to approximately level with the TV aerial on the office and cut back branches level with the wall.

It's removal was recommended by Neil Pasmore to preserve the tree as discussed during his visit in September Walnut Tree - No 2 - no work to the tree itself is required, but the removal of the surrounding Leylandii trees is recommended to enable the tree to thrive. T1 - Oak - Reduce back 2 large limbs overhanging garden of no1 Yew tree gardens. The limbs would be reduced by approximately 2 - 3 metres to reduce back from roof space and garden office.

Remove 1 no. branch overhanging office study on 1 no. Oak tree (T4) subject to PS/98/00814/TPO.

Remove lowest growth to provide clearance of 2- 2.5 metres to create clearance over garden office x 1 Horse Chestnut (T1)
