The tree is 3rd along from the front boundary of 12 Sackville Street/1 The Spinney (4 trees in total). I have highlighted through photographs the area that needs cutting back. The tree is a horse chestnut that has one part that is overhanging the property of 12 Sackville Street and has caused damage to the conservatory roof by way of falling conkers. The conservatory roof needs replacing but before this is done we need to take back the branch that is overhanging and causing the problem.

There are a number of trees behind our fence line which is a public footpath at the top of number 12 Sunnybank road BB4 4PF. The public footpath is total overgrown, neglected and unusable. These trees are now so overgrown they are extensively encroaching our garden over the boundary line. Once they grow leaves back in spring they will be completely over our conservatory and garden. We have spent thousands on sorting the garden out and these trees are damaging the garden and if left much longer will damage our conservatory. They are also damaging our fence which is now so damp and rotting from the trees we will have to get a whole new fence.We would like to trim back the overhanging branches so this doesn?t happen. We do not want to cut down the trees or get rid of them we just want to trim back so they are not overhanging and ruining our garden etc. we are concerned if left this may invalidate our house insurance as you should not have a tree overhanging our property. We want to reduce the crown span of the trees to provide a clearance from our property boundary.

T1 Oak: Fell, tree is causing excessive shade to both the property and neighbouring property. No structural survey has been undertaken at this point in time however, hairline cracks are visible on the brick work of the conservatory (please see attached pictures). The resident is willing to have a structural engineer provide a report should this be required. A replacement 6ft standard Oak tree would be planted on the same boundary in the rear garden, a suitable distance from both properties.

T1 Beech - 25% thin, deadwood and selective lateral reduction of upper south west lateral growing toward conservatory by 3m to good growth point. Minor (approximately 3m) lower lateral reduction of branches over boundary fence to good growth points. SUBJECT TO TPO 2199 (22.12.2006)

1 - Remove epicormic regrowth from trunk of one English Oak (Quercus robor) up to canopy break at 7m to clear garage. This work is historic. 2 - Prune back neighbours Hazel, Laurel, Sweet Chestnut and Douglas fir to the boundary fence and up to 8m and clear roof and conservatory by 3m. Lift low branches to 4m from ground level from one small Copper Beech and small multi stemmed Holm Oaks near clients hot tub. 3a - Fell to 100mm above ground level one Laurel leaning into garden at base of the mature Copper Beech (Fagus sylvatica 'Atropurpurea). 3b - Carefully remove as much root bole as possible, without causing damage to surrounding objects tree roots etc, by stump grinding to a depth of 150mm below ground level, no lateral roots will be removed unless specified. 4a - Fell to 100mm above ground level one Mountain Ash (Sorbus aucuparia) in front of children's play equipment to allow the area to be redeveloped. 4b - Remove as much root bole as possible, without causing damage to surrounding objects by stump grinding to a depth of 200mm below ground level, no lateral roots will be removed unless specified, all grindings to be left on site. Trees in 2) located in neighbours property - Tinkers Furze, Gough Road, Fleet, Hants. GU51 4LL

RE1347- Silver birch by house. Reduce part of the crown growing towards the conservatory only. Section fell large ash tree overhanging the junction of woodland way and sandy lane. The tree has ash die back on one whole side and has been dropping some sizable limbs onto the road over the last few months. Due to its location and the fact it has die back I feel it's unsafe to retain the tree. BAN33 - Reduce cherry tree in rear garden on boundary by up to 1 metre leaving adequate regrowth to retain decent foliage. As amended on 09/03/2021.

Chestnut (T2)- Reduce canopy spread to fence boundary. Canopy spread is large and conkers dropping from the branches have caused damage to conservatory roof (photos attached). Also crack to garage floor which is believed to be from roots of trees. Sycamore (T1) - Reduce canopy spread to fence boundary. Overhanging drive.

(1) Copper Weeping Beech - Crown raise to approximately 6.0m, Reduce the crown spread over the garden to leave it no more than approximately 5.0m out from the boundary fence. T(2) Conifer and Purple Plum next door adjacent to the conservatory cut back to the fence line all the way up.

Beech tree - cut back branch which overhangs conservatory to boundary line and a branch junction - 4.5 metres.

Undertake works to Yew Trees Protected by TPO N349 identified as Group 1 1 No. Yew tree - reduce 3 No. branches by no more than 2 metres to alleviate overhanging of single storey extension 3 No. Yew Trees positioned towards rear boundary - Crown lift by reducing back branch tips, to allow 2m clearance under canopies from ground level Undertake works to Yew Tree Protected by TPO N34 identified as part of W1 1 No. Yew tree situated on open space adjacent to eastern boundary - reduce back branches tips overhanging conservatory by no more than 0.5m
