G2 Buddleia & Ivy to side of entrance to Flat 32 - Fell Buddleia to ground level and remove Ivy off building wall. G3 Group of Laurel to the rear of the flats - Reduce back from patio wall to allow approximately 1 - 1.5m clearance. Reduce remainder to match. T4 Laburnum to the rear of the flats - Reduce all round by approximately 0.5 - 1m. Fell stem leaning towards rear elevation of the building. T7 Beech to the front of Flat 20 - Remove 1 x branch overhanging patio area. G9 Mixed trees and shrubs along the rear boundary wall along Highland Road - Cut back overhang from Highlands Road to inner wall line to a height of approximately 4m from ground level. T.P.O No.14 of 1975. T1) - Sycamore tree located to the far left boundary line. To remove Ivy, crown thin tree by 15-20%, to remove back to the main stem the two lowest branches to the building side, thus allowing more light into the flats, and leaving the tree safe for the location of which it stands. T2) - Group of Beech trees and one Sycamore tree located to the rear of the site). To remove several of the lower branches to the Washing line area, allowing the area to be free of shadow and bird droppings. Fading out the higher growth, removing one low branch from the Beech tree and one branch from the Sycamore tree.

Island in pond: 1 x Willow - Pollard to previous pruning points. Small Willow on side of bank - Fell to ground level. Willow (by bridge) - Reduce and shape crown by 2m leaving 4m. Rear boundary area: Various Hollies - Reduce height by approx. 4m. Line of Leylandii in front of Mitsubishi garage - Reduce height by approx. 4m and cut back on Alders side. Oak (by stream) - Cut back lateral spread growing towards flats by 2m and remove trunk growth. Horse Chestnut (adjacent to Leylandii hedge) - Remove low limb and cut back lateral crown spread growing over lawn area by 2m leaving 4-5m. Scots Pine - Remove low limb and reduce crown overhanging neighbours garden by approx. 2m leaving 3m, and remove deadwood. Small Ash (leaning over road) - Fell to ground level. Pond area: Mixed species group of trees mainly consisting of Sycamore/Alder/Ash - Thin out trees with dense crowns by 10% and raise crown to 5m, and remove deadwood. SUBJECT TO TPO 518 (3.3.1988)

Front garden - right hand boundary. T1 1 x Yew tree (Taxus Baccata) belonging to Hyacinth Apartments, this tree is in decline and is rubbing against the building of Woodside Villa to remove 2 lowest branches back to source and to crown lift away from building to give a minimum clearance of approximately 2 meters.
