Notice of intent to carry out works to trees protected by Tree Preservation Order TPO - 23/2011 Ash (T1) To Remove the large lead that grows towards the house. Reduce the height by 4 m. Crown lift over the neighbour's shed for 3 m of clearance and over the playing field for 2.5m of clearance.This tree has a large injury at the lower main union. Ash (T2) Height reduction of 4 m. This tree has dropped 3 or 4 large branches recently, it wants to be reduced out of the wind throw to reduce further risk.

Revised description - All Trees within G.2 of TPO/249, Trees grouped within G.2, from G.1-G.3 and T1 T.1 - Sycamore within rear group overhanging garden shed - raise 1 lowest limb back to main stem union G.1 - single sycamore on right hand side - reduce crown by 2.5-3m and shape. G.2 - 2x sycamore overhanging garden summer house - reduce crown by 2.5-3m and shape. G.3 - 1x sycamore overhanging garden side - reduce crown by 2.5m and shape. To include 1 x fire damaged sycamore - to be removed to ground level.

Works to Trees subject to TPO 215: -T1 Yucca removal as it blocks view from house -T2 Yucca (2) removal to accomadate small garden shed -T3 Alder Minor reshaping -T4 Field Maple Minor reshaping, lift by 1.5-2m by removing lower branches on main stem to allow planting and sitting underneath -T5 Laurel (lapsed hedge and now crowding Rowan and swamping small Magnolia) - reduce by 2.5 m, lateral reduction by 1m to allow trees either side to grow and to allow planting in bed in front.

5x Plum Trees - Large specimens with heavy limbs growing over fence line into 3rd party gardens causing significant damage to both fences and sheds. With risk of damage to walls. Fell all 5 trees to 0.5m from ground level, this is to allow regeneration to unmanaaged trees. Due to poor garden access, all waste and works to be undertaken from Henry Giles House car park.

1. Re-Pollard one mature Lime to previous old pollard points approximately level with owner of trees apex of house roof to reduce possibility of limb/stem failure in the future. Shorten back side branches primarily over neighbours side to approximately 2 metres from the main trunk. Lift low canopy of to give approximately 3 metres clearance over clients sheds in rear garden of 3 Clarence Road, pruning to suitable live secondary growth.

APPROVAL REQUIRED ONLY FOR T2 Ash (T1) - To section fell mature Ash tree the has died due to Ash Dieback located on the left hand side boundary. Lime (T2) - To crown reduce mature Lime tree located closest the house by approximately 4.0m. Yew (T3) - Cost to lift mature Yew tree located by the shed to give 4.0m ground clearance. Beech (T4) - To crown reduce mature Beech tree located by the house by 2.0m and remove all Ivy.

T1 -Sycamore - Remove lesser stem leaning towards house to provide a 3m clearance between the house and the tree. T2 - Mature Sycamore - Sympathetic Crown reduction to growth points of 1.5m - to reduce risk of failure at the fungal decay points and also reduce shade. T3 - Mature Horse Chestnut - Crown reduction of 1.5m to growth points to alleviate sail and weight. Removal of deadwood. T4 - Sycamore - Fell tree has a progressive lean towards the neighbors house. On closer inspection the left hand bifurcation exhibits a lot of bark loss on the tension side of the lean. This is evident throughout the upper crown. The other concern is the proximity of the root plate to the neighbors foundations. T5 - Sycamore - Crown reduction of 2m to growth points to allevaite weight and sail and reduce risk to public and traffic . This tree has a heavy lean over the road and has very poor form due to previous phototropism. It has recently shed several large branches over the road, one narrowly missing a member of the public apparently. T6 - Sycamore - Crown thin 15% to alleviate sail and improve light below also removal of deadwood. T7 - Sycamore - Crown thin 15% to alleviate sail and improve light below, also remove deadwood.

T4. Sycamore (on right hand side of garden, on boundary, picket fence has been erected with a gap to accommodate buttress roots) Much of crown overhanging adjacent property. Crown lift to clear sheds giving 4m ground clearance, remove major dead wood and inspect union at 3m. T9. Ash (close to rear left hand corner of garden, 5.5m from rear boundary wall. Large primary limb growing to South, overhanging roof of adjacent house. Crown reduce from 3-6m and remove dead wood

T1 - Small leaning Beech east of house to be Felled to Ground Level Stump. T2 - Large Beech south of house to be reduced by approx 2-4m from 20m tall and 8m wide to leave at 18m tall and 6m wide approx. T3 and 4 - Reduce both Beech's looming branches by 2-3m. T8 - Remove declining Ash tree. T10 - Reduce structurally unsound Beech tree (cavity's on east side), weight reduction of 10% - 20% on the affected side, reduce over extended laterals towards bordering property leaving at 4m from stem, to appropriate growth points. T13 - Remove the large dead Chestnut stem on the boundary of The Croft and other major deadwood in proximity. T11 - Crown raise large Oak over driveway of 'Villa D'or' by pollarding the lowest limb to first unions, prune back remaining foliage removing leverage, prune back 1-2m off of the 9m limbs over driveway leaving limbs at 7-8m overhang over driveway. T12 - Reduce Oak canopy over driveway by up to 15% removing 1-1.5m from selected ends to growth points to achieve thinning result. T13 - Beech with dying canopy to be felled. T14 - Chestnut leaning heavily over shed roof to be reduced to secondary leading upright.

2m clearance with a crown lift on horse chestnut tree (T1) that has one singular low bough that is very close to shed. Cut to ground level 5 No. cypress trees (T2 - T6) to the right of chestnut and oak trees, sitting further forward than small ones that are on back fence, to give further space and light in the garden and free up room for the mature trees they like, all from left to right, In garden with house to back.
