To reduce multi three stem leaning cherry by 6m and reduce lateral limbs and crown. Plant one tree.

Notice of intent to carry out works to trees 23/82 - Oak (T1) -I would like to simply trim back overhanging branches to the boundary fence, Oak (T2) - Same as T1 (above). However, this tree has overhanging branches that pose a risk to my shed and my fence. In August of 2020, a branch of a significant size came down and I would like to avoid this occurring again. Again, I would like to cut back to just beyond the boundary fence - I contacted the Parish Council about T2 and was visited by Bob Walters. He agreed with my proposal and said that the Parish Council could not carry out the work but that I could apply to have it completed myself.

Notice of intent to carry out works to tree protected by Tree Preservation Order 50/00 - For the complete removal to ground level of 1 Horse Chestnut. (T1) The tree is severely leaning to a point where very little of the crown is within the boundary of the property. The owner has pointed out that the rear boundary fence is severely distorted and this seems to be in conjunction with the lean of the tree.
