Oak tree at South Lodge has Hypoxylon Canker. Permission is sought to Fell the tree. (reduce tree by 40%) History of tree - large limb fell in October 2014, writing off owners BMW and damaging garage on property. Since then several small limbs have broken off ( latest 3 weeks ago). Tree is no longer insurable. A public right of way runs under the tree.

Sycamore T1- Fell because it has outgrown its location. Customer will look into replacing with a suitable alternative.

Oak (T1) - Remove tree as it is causing damage to both my driveway, the road & kerbside & there are small cracks appearing at the front of my property

T5 liquid Amber (0882 tag on tree) Dead wood and re - shape tree to remove some branches over hanging driveway, within private boundary .

ASH TREE AT FRONT OF PROPERTY LOOKING TO REMOVE DUE TO DECAY. MAKING IT UNSAFE AND INTERFERING WITH A NUMBER OF TELEPHONE LINE.

Whitebeam - T3 - Fell because of low amenity value - less than 50% of tree is alive. Blue Cedar - T8 - Fell because: 1) No longer suitable for location, 2) nuisance to landowners (a) bird droppings to main garden, new extension and patio (b) restricts grass and other vegetation growth, nameley tree/hedge for privacy. Western Red Cedar T9 - Fell because 1) no longer suitable for location, 2) nuisance to landowners (a) bird droppings on main garden (b) restricts other vegetation growth namely tree/hedge for privacy. Pine - T11 - Fell because of low amenity value and restricts growth. We are more than happy to replant around the perimeter of property.

Tree T1 was surveyed by us in October 2020 as part of a mortgage survey before a house purchase. The report is a combined VTA/5837 report. The reason for this approach was to ascertain the radial RPA of T1as there has been development very close to this tree. it is our belief that the tree has been damaged by the construction works evidenced by google earth imagery showing no tree protection at the time of construction and the obvious decline in vitality of the tree. Although it does not pose an immediate danger we have recommended the tree is removed whilst it is easy to do so. It is understood that a TPO has been applied to the tree and the client would be willing to carry out mitigation planting.

T1 Ash - Remove the tree to as near to ground level as practicable. T2 Oak - Remove the tree to as near to ground level as practicable. T3 Goat Willow - Remove the tree to as near to ground level as practicable. G1 Mixed species - Clear around any lights by approx 2m.

T1 - Ash Tree - unbalanced/unstable due to previous work, new growth hitting 29 Burnham Road within 2 mts of property. I and my neighbour too would like to fell/remove the Ash preferably, but if not on your guidance, we would like to pollard or crown the tree to prevent any damage to both houses.
