Tree T1 was surveyed by us in October 2020 as part of a mortgage survey before a house purchase. The report is a combined VTA/5837 report. The reason for this approach was to ascertain the radial RPA of T1as there has been development very close to this tree. it is our belief that the tree has been damaged by the construction works evidenced by google earth imagery showing no tree protection at the time of construction and the obvious decline in vitality of the tree. Although it does not pose an immediate danger we have recommended the tree is removed whilst it is easy to do so. It is understood that a TPO has been applied to the tree and the client would be willing to carry out mitigation planting.

T1 Ash - Remove the tree to as near to ground level as practicable. T2 Oak - Remove the tree to as near to ground level as practicable. T3 Goat Willow - Remove the tree to as near to ground level as practicable. G1 Mixed species - Clear around any lights by approx 2m.

T1 - Ash Tree - unbalanced/unstable due to previous work, new growth hitting 29 Burnham Road within 2 mts of property. I and my neighbour too would like to fell/remove the Ash preferably, but if not on your guidance, we would like to pollard or crown the tree to prevent any damage to both houses.

Large Pine ( Tree number 00741) fell due to excess debris falling. Concerns over safety after large branches falling onto play equipment. Large Pine ( Tree number 00743) remove lower level branches.

Estimated costs of repair to the building are £40,000.00 if the influence of the tree(s) remain and £2,000.00 if the proposed tree works are allowed to proceed. Granting permission will limit these costs. In the event of a refusal we, or our clients, will seek to secure compensation for the additional costs incurred through Section 202(e). Should the tree/s remain the total cost of repairs will be the Superstructural repairs + Alternative method of repairs = £42,000.00 It is the expert opinion of both the case engineer and arboriculturalist that on the balance of probabilities the supporting information demonstrates the influence of the tree(s).

T1 fir tree - leaning to left and gradually getting worse. Would like to remove, as afrais it will topple and replace tree.

Tree located to the rear of 19 Chadcote Way. Lateral crown reduction of 3m back to a suitable growth point on the east/south side of the crown and remove deadwood.

Wellingtonia at front of 4/5 - fell and replant. Holly to front of no. 4 - reduce by 4m + reshape - crown raise to 2m. Hornbeam to front of no. 4 - shorten branches on west side by 4m + reshape crown. Remove trunk suckers to main fork at approx 4m.
