TPO Application to Reduce One Ailanthus trees overall crown by approx 3m leaving 3-4m.

TPO Application to Reduce one Ash tree to the near by hedge height of 1.4m due to the tree blocking solar panels, blocking light into property and garden and the tree has vines growing over.

TPO Application to reduce the canopy of One mature Oak tree (T1) due to causing excessive shading to the property and garden below. Northern spread from 6.5 meters to 4.5 meters, Eastern spread from 8.5 meters to 6.5 meters, Southern spread from 6 meters to 4 meters, Western spread from 7 meters to 5 meters, Height of 20 meters to 17.5 meters and Lift from 3 meters to 5 meters from ground level.

TPO Application to remove one Mount Etna Broom (T11) tree due to risk of damage to a listed building. The root system is lifting the paving which poses a health and safety risk to tenants. Roots may start to cause damage to adjacent buildings. The trees growing stem diameter is causing concern due to the close proximity to the wall which has been repaired once already from tree. The tree has grown away from the adjacent Horse Chestnut causing it to lean over the building which is also a concern of the tree owners.

TPO application to: Crown reduce one Chestnut by 3m leaving radius of 7m, height of 13m; Crown reduce one Multi-Stem Ash by 3m leaving radius of 7m, height of 12m; Reduce canopy of seven Hornbeams by 3m leaving radius of 5m, height of 13m; Fell one dead Hornbeam; Fell one Hornbeam; Remove three Hornbeams on the slope of the quarry edge; Reduce canopy of one Cherry Tree from neighbouring properties and public footpath back to boundary.

TPO application to Crown reduce one Ash to height of 13.5m. Remove deadwood 25mm and greater; Crown reduce one Ash to height of 14m. Remove deadwood 25mm and greater; Crown reduce one Ash to height of 13.5m. Remove deadwood 25mm and greater; Crown reduce one Maple to balance crown, leaving height of 8m, and side growth towards residential area, a finish of 1.5m.

TPO application to carry out works to cluster of three Hornbeams - Crown lift to a maximum of 5 metres and reduce the overall height to 50 ft, crown thin upto maximum of 30%.

Tree Preservation Order application: No 1 Beech tree as part of TPO G1 for group of trees : To raise the crown to 4 meters from 2.45 meters, Intended spread would be about 4.5 meters and the height would not be reduced apart from what is required in gentle thining of crown. This is to balance the tree growth and to allow light through the crown.

TPO application: Crown reduce one Sycamore from current height of 14m to 11m, & reduce lateral spread from current 9m to 7m.

Tree Preservation Order application: T2, Fell small dead Sycamore tree. T2.1, Fell small leaning sycamore tree close to retaining wall. T4, Multi-stemmed Holly tree, reduce remaining stem to height of stems others have left, hopefully regeneration from the Holly at lower level to help fill the gap. T9, Sycamore tree, Fell.G13. Oak & Sycamore tree, Raise over highway to give a minimum of 5m clearance and balance the crown on the garden side and clear 1m around new lamp.
