Reduce crown of 1 No. oak tree (T1) on front drive by 3-4m on all sides, and reduce to suitable growth points (Tree 2 not protected by TPO and not part of application).

Fell and remove redwood tree (T1).

Selective thinning of oak tree due to excessive shading, reduction in regrowth by 2-3m and removal of dead wood. Reduce height of holly and silver birch trees located within unadopted land. Selective thinning of hawthorn tree. Remove field maple tree and loose hawthorn tree not covered by TPO.

Works to diseased horse chestnut tree. To reduce the tree quite heavily by about 30% also we need to remove the large limb that has cracked out and is dead.

Fell to near ground level yew tree marked Tree 1 on sketch plan and re-plant same species tree approximately 1-1.5metres in height in a more suitable location within 5metres of the original tree.
