Works to trees under TPO 49. T3 - silver birch: reduce by 0.5metre above previous reduction points in order to maintain, contain and allow for more light into the garden. T5 - sycamore: reduce by 2/3 metres below the previous reduction points in order to maintain, contain and allow for more light into the garden.

Works to trees TPO No. 225 Oak, Reduce height and spread by approximately 5 mtrs to form a more compact crown, and start with cyclical management and manage tree stock in garden

Works to trees under TPO No.49 T3 - Betula (Silver Birch) - Crown Reduction - by 3 metres to approximately the previous height of approved reduction.T5 Acer Pseudoplatanus (Sycamore Maple) - Crown Reduction by 6 metres and balancing Crown Thinning. This will manage the tree to the height of about 3 metres below the previous reduction. This will then by more closely aligned with the height of T8 and T9 Taxus Baccata (English Yew) next door.

Proposed removal of Cedar Tree (T1 of TPO45) because of dangerous branches in storm. The branches already damaged the roof twice and caused a hazard.
