Works to 5 no. trees protected under group Tree Preservation Order 1951 (No.1) G20 - prune back over hanging branches inline with boundary fence

T1 Walnut tree - Cut back to stop future growing over property, pathway and guttering. As branches falling constantly onto property guttering and damaging, now requiring replacement, tree debris blocking downpipes and gutters, making property pathway slippery when accessing the back door and garden. Cut tree as per annotated photo & cut to clear public pathway. T2 Walnut tree located in 10 Adelaide close - Remove tree completely as tree is encroaching and damaging our property fence line. This tree is located very close to our boundary and is now damaging fence line. Constant debris falling all over our garden and patio space and blocking gutters, large branches overhanging both sides of the fence line. After speaking to our neighbour of No.10, we have both agreed that it would be best interests if the tree was removed. The tree is located in a tight space between both properties. The branches now large and overhanging, vehicles and property. The tree is just too big now for the small space it's crammed into. After tree is removed we can then repair our fence line making it safe for both children and pets T3 Walnut tree - Cut tree as per annotated photo leaving at approx 6m (20ft) in height from ground height and raise crown to 2.5m from ground level.

Canopy thin by 10%, removal of deadwood and raising of lower branches by approx. 2" to 1 no. Maple, 1 no. Siver Birch and 1 no. Lime tree. Draw back over extended branches leaving 6 metre clearance from boundary fence to 1 no. Sycamore and 1 no. Maple. Works within Tree Preservation Order 04/2014.

W1 of TPO No. 139 / 2000 1no. Woodland block (outlined red on plan) - Repeated pruning operations consisting of: 1. At a time and frequency decided by the owner, that the owner or anyone directed under the authority of the owner, be permitted to prune back any branch of a protected tree that has passed outside of the Land (beyond the boundary marked in red and shown in diagram 1). 2. At a time and frequency decided by the owner, that the owner or anyone directed under the authority of the owner, be permitted to prune back any branch of a protected tree that has passed over the private right of way that is within the Land and to the east (as demarcated by the fence, marked in green and shown in diagram 1).

T1 - Quercus cerris, Turkey oak - Remove two secondary limbs at appropriate pruning point as per BS 3998, 7.2.5 Figure 2. Please refer to Photo 1. Prune all other overhanging branches no more than 2 metres off in places. If only allowed to reduce the branches in line with the property boundary fence this would less but would be effectively terminating branches between growth points.

4 x Sycamore trees - Crown reduction to achieve clearance from property at 16 The Boundary of 10m due to excessive shading, over reaching property, external garage, fence/property, damage to fence due to branch falling and crown lift to 10m

T1 Oak - Reduce canopy over property back in line with remaining canopy approx 3m to get back to the boundary fence. Potentially slightly more on a few of the limbs. Deadwood and balance for arborcultural management

Applicants ref T1 Ash tree (Tag ID 240), overreaching into neighbouring property and is casting shade on the garden. Due to its proximity to the boundary, it is now causing damage to the fence line. Reduce crown by 50% to manage size of the tree and prevent further damage to the fence line. Applicants ref T2 Lime tree (Tag ID 241). Tree has been pollarded in the past. Repollard tree back to previous pollard points to keep tree at a manageable size. Both standing in Area A1 of Tree Preservation Order

T1 Ash on rear boundary - Fell to height of adjacent fence. SUBJECT TO TPO 1534 (27.10.1998)

Notice of intent to carry out works to tree protected by Tree Preservation Order 2/74 -Section fell and dismantle two trees leaning over boundary fence. To fell and remove single stem leaning cherry. To reduce multi three stem leaning cherry by 6m and reduce lateral limbs and crown. Plant one tree.
