13 The Paddocks Witham Essex CM8 2DR

Notice of intent to carry out works to tree protected by Tree Preservation Order 6/74 - Horse-chestnut - Having looked at this tree I feel it is neccesary for this tree to be removed or at least brought down significantly so there is a lot less weight in the two boughs. there is flaking bark all around the tree and all leaf appears unhealthy/signs of disease. I also could see that it was showing signs of fault at V unions and upon grabbing one of the lower limbs the whole limb showed sign of movement suggesting that if proper force was applied it could tear away or snap off. Not only is this tree close to two properties and sheds, the house owner ( number 13 ) and the neighbours where the tree overhangs ( number 15 ) both have two young children in the house causing extreme worry. From observation you can see deadwood in the crown and also the tree is not recovering well from previous pruning. It appears there has been an attempt to brace the limbs together however I feel that this its not enough nor does it appear as if this tree was to fail the damage could be catastrophic.

15 Winterton Drive Aylesbury Buckinghamshire HP21 9BD

TPO 1996 no 19 INT ID 5694 Silver birch T2, a very large, lovely and healthy tree Tree is now interfering with fence, shed and nearly the side extension to 11 Winterton Drive plus excessive shading to 11 Winterton Drive later in the day. It is encroaching significantly on this property. Application is for a crown reduction of ideally 2 to 3 metres to resolve the above and the ensure the continued health and amenity value of the tree.

St Johns Church Of England Primary School Poplar Street Heaton Mersey Stockport SK4 3DG

We wish to cut down 35 very tall (15/20 metres) poplar trees, some of which are in danger of falling due to a hollow centre. They are positioned on the western perimiter of the school site. A report commissioned some years ago found that some of the trees would shed branches and some were likely to fall down completetely. Some branches have already fallen from these tree during high winds. The school building is close enough to the trees that falling branches could damage the fabric of the building. More importantly there is a significant danger to the children from falling branches. We have already planted trees between many of the poplars, which we hope will thrive when not having to fight as much for light and ground water. We have also planted over 700 sapling across the school grounds (with many more to come) and will continue with our Forest School to raise awareness of the importance and joys of nature with our children. Land Rear Of 70 Edmund Green Gosfield Essex CO9 1UF

Notice of intent to carry out works to trees 23/82 - Oak (T1) -I would like to simply trim back overhanging branches to the boundary fence, Oak (T2) - Same as T1 (above). However, this tree has overhanging branches that pose a risk to my shed and my fence. In August of 2020, a branch of a significant size came down and I would like to avoid this occurring again. Again, I would like to cut back to just beyond the boundary fence - I contacted the Parish Council about T2 and was visited by Bob Walters. He agreed with my proposal and said that the Parish Council could not carry out the work but that I could apply to have it completed myself.
