T1 Horse Chestnut - Fell due to roots encroaching boundary line and affecting fence.

Fell 1 tree along boundary fence.

Crown Reduce the entire tree canopy of Oak tree overhanging the courts and extremity of the grassed area in line with the edges of the courts and neighbours fence (tree stem is c.3-5metres from boundary). Pruning wounds 75-100mm in diameter.

T1 - White Beam - Fell. The tree has three predominant stems. One of the stems is growing over the garden fence, which is due to be replaced. This stem is causing damage to the fence and would interfere with a replacement fence. To remove to problem stem would leave a large wound in the tree, which may cause weakness, especially as the three stems have a low, heavily weighted union. Due to the much larger, mature surrounding trees, this tree is becoming 'leggy' and spreading far from a low union causing concern for the future where excessive weight will be supported by a low multi-stemmed union. The tree spreads over the corner of two gardens where both children and pets reside. The tree will later be replaced.

G1 - Leylandii x 3 and Self Set Sycamore Reduce height of 3 x Leylandii by approximately 3 metres in height and cut back from neighbouring garden, rear of back boundary, as near to boundary line as possible, whilst retaining healthy growth. Oak tree 1833 - 01/01080/HDC - the north side of the tree will be reduced by 2m back towards the boundary fence but not crossing it. the tree will be shaped as it previously was by SRA tree services, the tree is currently with in 1m of the roof of 22 greenhaven and blocking light. The re shaping of the tree will eliminate the risk of it becoming in contact with the pitch roof of 22 greenhaven.

Prune all over hanging branches back towards fence by 2m
