Silver Birch, Remove to ground level. This tree stands approximately 17m tall. The applicant and neighbour are concerned that the tree is too close to an existing garage and the roots may cause foundation damage. Replace with another silver birch tree.

T1 Spruce - Pull back to give max 2metres clearance from the property by removal of small limb, crown lift to give max 3.5metres clearance over the garden area. T2 Sycamore - Crown lift to give max 3metres clearance over the neighbouring garage.

T1 poplar - request permission to reduce the lower limb to a suitable growth point, away from the clients home by 3m, it is touching the roof and will most likely cause issues further down the line. T2 poplar - there are a few limbs which are smaller possibly self seeders, going over the garage and almost touching. Requesting permission to take these out. The last limb had been cut before and we would like permission to pollard this to take it away from the garage roof.

T1 - Beech - Full crown reduction, .5m off extended branches, finished overall crown width approx 4m to reduce interference with garage and maintain a suitable size for location.

T1: multi stemmed Chestnut: Heavy crown reduction requesting 30-40% approx 8-10m from a lateral growth. T2: multi stemmed chestnut approx 16m in height, requesting de-limb approx 4.5m due to growth over garage and shed. Heavy reduction 30-40% approx 6-8m from a lateral growth. T1 - Oak tree - reduce crown on the house side by up to 25% removing no more than 2.5 meters on the sides to stop the branches encroaching onto the house and to let a bit more light into the garden. Remove first 3 branches back to the trunk to lift the canopy over the garage and car port to give adequate clearance over the garage roof.

T.1 (applicant's ref) mature Copper Beech rear of the garage - reduce overall by approx 20-25% by removal of approx 2-2.5m in height and lateral growth and up to approx 3.5m on the lower lateral growth growing over the conservatory. Prune branches to provide clearance of approx 2m to the garage. Reason: to bring protruding branches back into shape and profile with the remaining tree and provide clearance to garage/conservatory roof to mitigate against any damage.
