T1 poplar - request permission to reduce the lower limb to a suitable growth point, away from the clients home by 3m, it is touching the roof and will most likely cause issues further down the line. T2 poplar - there are a few limbs which are smaller possibly self seeders, going over the garage and almost touching. Requesting permission to take these out. 1. Oak - remove the branches that are overhanging our roof and garden. We have recently had an infestation of squirrels nesting in our roof which has caused damage to the external roof tiles and internal roof The squirrels accessed the roof via these overhanging branches which we would like to have removed. This damage is not covered by house insurance so this preventative action will ensure we do not encounter this type of damage again.

T3 Alder, T4 Alder and T5 Alder (TPO/05/2023) Reduce height on all trees to allow trees to stand at 8 metres and remove branches growing towards the house to give a clearance of 4 metres. After we moved into this House, we found that the front eaves and the back roof keep on dripping. According to the inspection of the operator (from the Hill and Cambridge City Council co developer) on 16 March, it is because of the accumulation of leaves, flowers and fruits in the drains, since the three big trees too high even cover all the roof. Even after cleaned, it will happen again monthly. Please give us permission to have tree top trimming so that the three trees are just lower that the roof bottom (i.e. the horizontal rainwater collection pipes), in order to prevent roof drains from being blocked and to protect the roof structure.

Land Rear Of 15 And 56 Edmund Green Gosfield Essex
Notice of intent to carry out works to trees protected by Tree Preservation Order 23/82 - r/o 15 Edmund Green. Growing adjacent to the PROW that gives access to the nature reserve from the west, is a Purple Leaved Plum, within the Conservation Area. It has two stems, sub-lateral branches from which are resting on the garage roof of no 15. It is proposed to reduce the height of the smaller stem to the height of the existing fence, as previously done, and to crown lift the sub-laterals of the remaining stem to give approximately 0,5m clearance to the garage roof. r/o 56 Edmund Green, growing adjacent to the path that gives access to the nature reserve from Greenfields, is a group of 5 closely spaced Common Oak, that overhang the rear garden of no 56, to an oppressive extent. Also, branches from the tree numbered 2 on the attached plan are in contact with the tiled roof of the out-house. It is proposed to crown lift tree no 3 to give approximately 0.5m clearance to the out-house roof, and to reduce the lateral spread of the remainder (mainly trees 3 and 6) above the garden by approximately 2m, cutting back to suitable growth points.
