Lime tree at rear of house approx 100-125 high to be reduced by approximately 20-30 feet

Lawson Cypress (T1) fell because it is dying and was lifting at the base during the recent storm, ground cracking surrounding base. Risk of falling next to very busy road, pavement used frequently by school children. Beeches Tree Care Limited Duncan Drinkald advised and proposed schedule of works.

2 x Large Beech Trees and 1 x Sycamore tree - 1 x Beech tree is diseased- Overhanging the rear of the garden heavily over the fence line. To be reduced and reshaped by a maximum of 2.5 metres

Front Garden - Left Hand Side of Drive T1 - Pine Fell to ground level and stump grind with removal of excess grindings. The tree is located in the front garden to the side of the driveway. The tree Is in close proximity to the driveway. Due to the location of the tree there is constant cleaning of the vehicle required due to the sap. The tree is an undesirable species for its location. Intensions to plant the area with a more suitable and desirable species

T2 Hawthorn Rotten at base and partially fallen towards boundary fence - Fell to as close to ground level as possible 3x3m. T3 Sycamore Carefully climb and dismantle to as close to ground level - 12x6m leaning towards fence. Works to allow light into garden adjacent and prevent damage to fence .T4 Field maple Multi stemmed tree with extensive decay at base - Carefully dismantle to as close to ground level as possible - Extensive decay at base, leaning into garden adjacent 10x8m. T5 Ash group Young surpressed tree group growing out over adjacent garden, recently limb failure, hung up within canopy - Carefully dismantle to as close to ground level as possible -showing signs of Ash die back disease, recently snapped a large limb 7x6m

1 Oak (A1) remove dead branches 15% of tree, remove low hanging and dangerous branches (crown raising), to reduce shading and increase clearance between tree and structure. General pruning of small branches to maintain good tree health (thinning)

T1 & T2 - Beech trees- Lateral reduction only over Carsaig by 2m. Reason: for light improvement

Fell one beech and one ash

T1. Dead Cherry tree to be removed due to brittle branches, bark chippings and soft at the touch on various parts of the tree. T2. Cherry tree to be dead wooded. T3. Conifer limb taken off due to snap out. T4. Old dead conifer trunk felled 6ft high and 2ft wide. T5. Prunus (diseased) at front to be reduced in height to above light as leaning over causing stress on root plate. T6. 2metre reduction on fruit tree to stop the risk of it leaning to far over to the garage to allow more light and access to pick fruit. T7. 11th Conifer along tree row in front of property to be taken out due to severe decay in root plate resulting in poor conditions only way it's still standing is because of the surrounding conifers.

T1 Horse Chestnut - T2 Lime : Both trees located in right corner of the garden of Furze Hill Lodge and backing onto the rear gardens of No1 and 2 Manor Place. The reason for this proposed work is due to the excessive shading at the rear of the two properties, No1 and No2 Manor Place.
