T1 Large Lime (location on sketch 1)- Tree has been previously pollarded and has 3-5 years re-growth. T1 is significantly larger than any surrounding trees. A re-reduction 2-4 meters past previous pollard points would create a more suitable sized and safer crown for the trees location. T1s current height leaves it exposed to winds.

Fir Tree (T1) in back garden is completely dead. Cut down and remove roots. Will not replant a tree, plan on using the cleared up area as additional flower bed.

Rear garden right hand boundary. T1. Large Lawsons Cypress tree to be reduced by roughly 1/3 in height. This tree is positioned in the left hand side of the garden and is the tallest standing Lawsons between the two seen in attached pictures. T2. Small Lawsons Cypress tree to be removed to ground level. This tree is positioned next to T1 and is the smaller of the two. Rear garden left hand boundary. T3. Semi mature Lawsons Cypress tree to be removed to ground level. This tree is positioned on the right hand boundary and stands alone. Reason for trees to be reduced/removed is due to being within falling distance and substantial loss of light into rear garden.

*Removal of 3m high flowering cherry tree. The tree is located in the front garden causing problems to the foot path into the property. The roots have lifted the path and have knuckles raised out of the lawn causing a number of trip Hazards. I have looked into root trimming, but this is within 2m of the tree so don't see this as an option.

IDENTIFICATION: Mature oak. Tree T2 on TPC Tree works plan, see also images Trees T2_T3_T4_a and Trees T2_T3_T4_8b. PROPOSED WORKS: To lift crown to 5m and crown reduction by 2m. Tree height would be reduced from approx. 20m to 18m and spread would be reduced from approximately 13m to 11m. The work is proposed to reduce the weight of branches in order to mitigate any risk posed to occupants or visitors to 26 Melville Avenue or users of public right of way (Field Lane) to the rear of the property; and to prevent access to the property from the public right of way.

T4: To lift crown to 5m and crown reduction by 2m. Tree height would be reduced from approx. 20m to 18m and spread would be reduced from approximately 15.5m to 13.5m. The work is proposed to reduce the weight of branches in order to mitigate any risk posed to occupants or visitors to 26 Melville Avenue or users of public right of way (Field Lane) to the rear of the property; and to prevent access to the property from the public right of way.

Sweet Chestnut (T1-3) ??? Fell to ground level. Trees are dead and at risk of falling. Silver Birch (T4) - Fell to ground level. Tree is dead and at risk of falling.

T1 - T8 Conifers - Removal of 8 No. Conifers: Trees are growing up against neighbouring fence and causing damage. They have low amenity value.

Cherry tree to fell to ground level - to replant laurel around front garden to screen and for driveway access. If this isn't possible then looking at crown reducing by 1.5 meters- Customer would much prefer to have this felled and to replant as the tree is unmanageable for the client to continue to maintain.

There is a small apple tree 4 meters high and 20cm wide in the back garden towards back of the garden. I would like to trim it back and remove a number of wider branches to reduce the footprint, as a lot of apple fall off causing a huge amount of mess and its attracting rodents killing the grass around it.
