Notice of intent to carry out works to tree protected by Tree Preservation Order 19/02 - The tree highlighted in the sketch plan. T9 is in a very poor state. TPO 19/02. This is identified as a Lawson Cypress. In Document001 page 1 this tree was classified as Category C/D in accordance with BS5837. The tree had been poorly managed and was in a poor state prior to our ownership as this planning document highlights Circa 2004. Document002 highlights extensive work carried out to save and maintain the trees when ownership of the property was taken on circa May 2007. Page 12 highlights the tree was revived and reclassified as B2 in accordance with BS5837. Over the years however the tree has greatly declined. See documents Image001 and Image002 to show the current state as of 23/02/2022. After assessing the tree several branches have died or are dying. Some of the dying parts overhang the pedestrian pavement and the property of number 27 Windsor Close. It is our opinion that this tree currently detracts from the aesthetic appeal of the home bridge estate and surrounding areas. Removing the dead and dyling limbs of tree will further detract from the look of the estate and ultimately further harm the tree. The tree is now at the end of its useful life and we propose to remove the tree entirely. The property is used as a religious venue. We propose not to replace the tree as the property currently homes 4 large and well established healthy common limes. 2 classed as A2 and 2 classed as B2 as well as garden area. The additional space would allow the existing hedge row and plants to further flourish and increase the overall beauty of the property. We would also use a portion of the space to increase parking at the venue and reduce the number of cars parked on the road while the venue is in use.

Notice of intent to carry out works to tree protected by Tree Preservation Order 22/82 - Large Oak tree shown in the attachments, healthy but overgrown. Requires crown reduction by 2m to 3m on all sides Neighbour whose garden it overhangs has complained it completely blocks out light to their house and garden. Work to be carried out by a qualified local arborist (yet to be appointed) familiar with TPO work.

Notice of intent to carry out works to tree protected by Tree Preservation Order 10/01 - Tree is outside no 20 1 x Bay Tree - Large Reduce Approx to the height of his apex roof. Around 2/3m and then shape accordingly. We could achieve this by doing a more subtle reduction overall so essentially it will maintain its fullness and will still look natural and full. The tree is close proximity to the house and causing a sunlight blockage. Please advise on alternatives if this is not appropriate

Notice of intent to carry out works to trees protected by Tree Preservation Order 30/08 - 2x Limes to be pollarded at suitable points.The trees are too close to the church house and too close to the neighbouring property Yew tree to be cut down as its growing too close to the boundary fence and its close proximity to neighbouring property The Church house has had complaints about these trees from the residents in the neighbouring property. The Lime tree near the fence line has a large hole in the trunk.

Notice of intent to carry out works to tree protected by Tree Preservation Order 12/11 - Sycamore (T1) Fell tree due to decay at the basal union between the 2 co-dominant leads. The extent of decay has worsened over the past year. The neighbours house is within striking distance, should this lead fail. The recommendation would be fell the tree, grind the stump and plant a suitable replacement in a similar location.

Notice of intent to carry out works to tree protected by Tree Preservation Order 14/21 - 1 x Large Oak Tree - Situated at the front of Oak Lodge by the highway. Ref - 14/2021TPO Customer has requested us to provide some works on this tree and that would be to crown reduce the tree by approximately 1-2m. The concern is that the tree is significantly close to his house and it's over hanging the highway and telephone cables and genuinely cares for his tree so would like to give it a subtle prune and shape. If this specification is not acceptable please could you please give us a alternative.

Notice of intent to carry out works to a tree protected by Tree Preservation Order 65/00 - Oak - Leaning towards the house and the customer would like the branches growing towards the house to be reduced by 2-3m. Dead wood and storm damage to be removed.

Notice of intent to carry out works to tree protected by Tree Preservation Order 6/74 - Horse-chestnut - Having looked at this tree I feel it is neccesary for this tree to be removed or at least brought down significantly so there is a lot less weight in the two boughs. there is flaking bark all around the tree and all leaf appears unhealthy/signs of disease. I also could see that it was showing signs of fault at V unions and upon grabbing one of the lower limbs the whole limb showed sign of movement suggesting that if proper force was applied it could tear away or snap off. Not only is this tree close to two properties and sheds, the house owner ( number 13 ) and the neighbours where the tree overhangs ( number 15 ) both have two young children in the house causing extreme worry. From observation you can see deadwood in the crown and also the tree is not recovering well from previous pruning. It appears there has been an attempt to brace the limbs together however I feel that this its not enough nor does it appear as if this tree was to fail the damage could be catastrophic.
