Consisting of mainly Sycamore trees and one Holly tree - Historically hedge row and now matured to tree line. We would like to take the view of removing section and to retain the left hand group. These works are in the interest of the potential new owner of the land as we are looking to sell this to the homeowner to the rear 11 Bellamy Close. As our property is in no way is attached and further three gardens away (old styling gardens) and makes more geographical sense for this reason. this would enable them to remove the fence to the rear and with this section removed open up the garden. should the proposal be acceptable we would be more than happy to replant 2x higher value species withing the garden to add longer term enhancement.

T1 OAK - DEADWOOD OAK AND GIVE 3M CLEARANCE FROM HOUSE AND GARAGE AT 55 RETREAT STREET T2 HORSE CHESTNUT - CROWN REDUCTION BY 3-4METRES

The tree is a pedunculate oak located in the front garden of 16 May Lane, B47 5NT. We are not applying to fell the tree but to cut back so that branches do not overhang the roof of the property. The proposed works include lopping of three branches that overhang the roof of the property, along with some pruning of low hanging branches that obstruct the pavement adjacent the property. Oak (T1) ??? Crown reduction to 10m above ground level, to provide sufficient clearance to the front of the property. Small pruning works on the from of the tree at approximately 1.5 m to prevent encroachment on the pavement.

T2 oak tree located on the road side boundary of pool farm tree is in need of a dead wood as some substantial sized pieces and hanging dead wood however the lower canopy stretching over crumpfield lane could do with a lift to roughly 5mtrs as it keeps getting struck by farm vehicles this would involve approximately 2.5mtrs reduction of tips. T3 ash tree growing along roadside boundary in need of dead wood as substantial sized pieces and hanging wood, also lower lateral growing over rd needs target pruning to lift crown away from rd as it is being struck by farm vehicles, we recommend 2.5mtr lift of lateral growth to create clearance

Tree is located on left hand side bottom corner of garden. 2 Previous crown reductions have been approved in the last 25 years and we wish to make a further request for a 50% crown reduction to said tree. This is the only tree with a TPO on our property.

Oak tree above field seating area - crown raise lowest limbs to 3-4 metres & weight reduce 1 main limb growing directly above seating area by 3-4 metres.

T5 Alder reduce in height by 50% to short trunk, clear of allotments, cavity under base of tree. T7 Three stemmed ash, decay in column and cavities under base. heavy lean towards allotments, reduce all 3 stems to 3 meters retaining base as habitat. T7a Twin stemmed alder, reduce stem over neighbours property to a short trunk at 2 meters. T11 Alder removed heavily weighted stem leaning towards footpath, reduce remaining leaning stem by removing 3 heavily weighted low branches. T18 ,Alder remove low stem leaning towards footpath.
